A great hotpot restaurant with a wide selection of fresh ingredients to choose from, offering something for everyone. A nice surprise was that the dessert was served first, which was a unique touch and a pleasant way to start the meal. The restaurant was very popular and quite crowded, so dining time felt a little rushed. Overall, the food was enjoyable, and it’s a good place to visit if you don’t mind the busy atmosphere. 🍲🍨

Very good and fresh food. The chicken soup requires a top up but is absolutely delicious. Friendly staff, young lady gave good explanation when we were first seated. Later on when we had issues, the manager was really polite and professional in handling, prioritising our dining experience. Also a rare hotpot place that has device for deodorising. 👍👍👍 Highly recommend this hotpot place. Will be back. ❤️

All good. Soup base as recommended by staff was superb! Mala very spicy and I prefer the chicken fish maw, very concentrated soup base. Free flow white fungus is nice. With free flow ice cream too.

Simply loving hotpot. Got to dine-in first time for me at this outlet. Been to their original outlet at Great World, & tried their 3x3 mala hotpot. Since both of my friends cannot eat beef. And one cannot eat spicy hotpot. Therefore next best option is collagen soup broth. Thks to the staff who accommodated us for the last minute add-on 1 pax. And attentively servicing to our requests here & there. And even informed us where & what time before closing to redeem the pogo mat. And also thks to the staff who helped to check the total points to be redeemed. And also their good deals for afternoon lunch set. At the same time, this outlet does not charge gst upon that time we had dine-in 😋
