We celebrated my daughter's birthday at the Esplanade outlet of The Boiler and had a truly wonderful experience. I had originally made a reservation for 6 people, but our group grew to 7 at the last minute. The outlet manager went above and beyond to accommodate the additional guest, which we greatly appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised when the restaurant provided a complimentary slice of birthday cake for the celebrant — such a thoughtful gesture that made the occasion even more special. The food was absolutely delicious, and that's saying something because everyone at the table finished every bit of it! The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. From the moment we arrived, the staff served us with genuine warmth and cheerful smiles. Their attentive and friendly service created a welcoming atmosphere and made our celebration incredibly enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for helping us create such lovely birthday memories. I have been wanting to try seafood boil FOREVER and we finally made it out here! We (4pax) got the Bombdiggity (the Works: Mild) and it was great, we were full! We also got a free lobster (garlic butter) coz it was our bday month! Secretly super happy was I really wanted the lobster! 10/10! The staff were super friendly, the tall guy was kind and helpful with recommendations too! Recommended to make a reservation if coming on a weekday, I heard the weekends are easier to get seats!

We had an enjoyable experience here. Every dish we ordered was a hit. The rock lobster was fresh and meaty. Another standout was the crispy squid salad - the squid was crunchy with a well-balanced salt and pepper seasoning, served alongside a fresh salad with a lovely light dressing. The service also impressed is. We walked in without a reservation at 5:45pm on a Saturday. Even though they were fully booked, the manager kindly accommodated us on the condition we finish by 6:30pm. Thanks to the kitchen's and waiter’s efficiency, we enjoyed the meal without feeling rushed. We would like to try the seafood bag next time.

The foods are delicious and if mixed well, they will be juicy. I ordered it on Mother's day so there are additional foods/sides as a package. The pricing is pretty okay for a price-to-food comparison. I placed the order for 1pm to 1.30pm and was delivered ahead of time. This is the service I rated 5 stars for. It is better than being later than the windowed timing.

Had lunch here yesterday after seeing the good reviews. The environment is good to chill and relax. Service was great. Ordered Fish and Chips (Haddork), Baby Back Ribs as mains and Boneless Crispy Chicken as starter. Food is really good as according to the reviews. Fish and chips is still juicy with the fish inside, and the batter is just nice along with the tartar sauce. Baby back ribs taste really good too, tried a small piece, while we are sharing the food. Boneless Crispy Chicken also really good with juicy meat on the inside. Highly recommended this restaurant, and I will go back next time to chill here for the food.
