The place feels like suana! Avoid if you’re here with kids or friends. extremely hot and sunny. About half of the restaurant’s seating area is exposed to direct sunlight and nobody are taking the seats. Poor Management. should consider installing additional shade or UV-protective coverings to make the space more comfortable for guests. Somehow quality of food also not as good as the other branches in Chinatown or novena. Service staff also rude. Ordered takeaway, but they don’t bother to shoutout that it’s ready. Left me standing there. Poor management x2

Rude and terrible attitude from one of your staff. I was dining in alone at your branch on 15 July 2026, 9.20pm. At around 9.40pm there's this female staff(without glasses) who look like male went to put up the chair beside me, slammed it on the table when I was still eating. All the dust particles or whatever dirt maybe get inside my food. Made me immediately lost my appetite. Then nevermind I forced myself to continue eating because don't want to waste food without finishing. I do not know if she did this on purpose just to chase me away or what. Not long after that she walked pass me, stared fiercely at me and said:"Excuse me, we are closing' with an angry look. I had no choice but to pack up and leave without even finishing my food and I had to take away my drink. Come on, I will leave after finishing my food. At least let me finish my food first instead of showing this kind of attitude or anger to me. She can talk nicely instead right? Sounded as though I owe her money. I hope the management will train their staff properly. It is extremely rude to put up the chair beside the customer when they are still eating. If she is the one eating and someone do that to her how she feel right? Please show respect to customers and treat people the way she wants to be treated. I forgotten to take a Pic of her and her name as she quickly went to the kitchen after that. Will do so in future as this is the first time I encountered such things. I eat quite often at different locations. Seems like this eatery quite bad in their service. So far this branch has the worst staff. And not forgetting the way she served the food to me with one hand carrying the tray and unpolitely placed it on the table. Omg :(

One of the worst examples of customer service I've encountered. There were clearly empty tables available, yet few customers were left waiting in line with no direction or assistance from staff. The cashier did not bother to check on the queue, and the floor crew seemed completely unaware of waiting patrons. Not a single staff member acknowledged customers standing at the entrance or attempted to seat them despite the available seating. Poor queue management, poor communication, and a complete lack of customer awareness. (If you're busy, that's understandable—but ignoring waiting customers while tables sit empty is unacceptable.) Management should seriously review staff training and customer service standards.

Consistent service and quality. Great value for the price you’re paying. Order thru the QR code and the food doesn’t take too long to be ready. A good selection of items and different sizes available so it’s also quite kids friendly. Bright and airy and kept very clean by the staff. Would be back again.

My family had lunch here this afternoon, and we were pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t a queue — likely because it’s tucked away at the far end of a quieter section of Marina Square. We were seated almost immediately. Ordering is done via QR code at each table, and payment is completed online right after placing your order — very efficient and hassle-free. The food came out quickly, which is perfect if you're really hungry. I had the medium gyudon, and it was delicious — the portion was just right and left me feeling full and satisfied. My wife had the low-carb version with tofu instead of rice. I wasn’t expecting much, but it actually tasted great too! Each table comes with a jar of pickled ginger and a container of spicy seasoning powder, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the heat — we were seated right under the glass ceiling, and the afternoon sun made it quite uncomfortable. Next time, I’d definitely ask for a table further inside where it’s cooler. Overall, fast service and tasty food in a convenient setting. Just be mindful of where you sit if you're dining during the day!
