Delicious. The food is one of the best for the price I have paid for a hotpot and food was good. Service especially Uncle Alan is amazing. Accommodating, patient, friendly and kind. excellent service and super attentive. He also checked in on us regularly on our needs and delivered service quality. Meats were fresh, the food was fresh and good. Best outlet I have ever been too, way better than vivocity which their food was the opposite of what I gotten here. Here also has a buffet and a tasty and amazing chocolate fountain Will come back again, here is way better than shabu sai that serves terrible Japanese food for a buffet.
View on GoogleI really want to commend the service team, especially Edith and Alan, for their exceptional professionalism and patience. We witnessed a challenging situation where some patrons from tour groups arrived almost an hour before their booking time, which made it difficult for the team to properly prepare the space before opening. Despite this, the staff remained calm, respectful, and accommodating. There were moments where the demands were clearly unreasonable—such as insisting the soup base be changed because sukiyaki was “too sweet” (after ordering sukiyaki), along with remarks like “we paid for the service, make sure you provide the service.” Another uncomfortable scene involved patrons mishandling the chocolate fountain in a very unhygienic way. Through all of this, Edith and Alan never lost their composure. They handled everything with professionalism, grace, and maturity, ensuring the overall experience for other diners was still pleasant. It’s not easy dealing with difficult and disrespectful behavior, but the way the team carried themselves truly deserves recognition. Big credit to the management for having such a well-trained and composed service team.
View on GoogleWe had an unpleasant experience as the staff did not communicate clearly to us the $16.90++ promotion, though at the start we had already asked her about it before having our meals. She only told us that other than the meat and soup base, everything was self-service, and we saw posters about ice cream for another $1++ if we wanted them during lunch hour. We were surprised by the final bill which had charged us the original price of $23.90 ++ per pax. We tried to clarify on the spot with the staff, but she only mentioned something about regular price if we took desserts and we told her we didn’t take any expect for 2 slices each of oranges and watermelons. She didn’t explain any further and since we were rushing for our next appointment, we decided to clarify via online platforms instead. Also, it was after payment we realised she didn’t let us review the itemised breakdown before charging the nett amount to the credit card. Felt that we had been a victim of false advertisement. (see advert from their social media page) Food wise is okay, for the variety and freshness of the ingredients.
View on GoogleGreat service by Alan & Gina ! My daughter also enjoyed the buffet spread esp the chocolate fondue and chawanmunshi. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleThe variety of food here is great, a lot of cooked sides like takoyaki, clams, fried chicken, and fried rice. More than I remember from other branches. The dessert section had a chocolate fondue with fruits and marshmallows too which was decent for a affordable buffet. Went around 8pm on weekday and there was no queue, it was cosy and not too noisy. The beef chuck roll was my favourite cut of meat. Overall good variety, no frills experience.
