Enjoyed a very satisfying meal at Signature Soup. I ordered the Japanese Rice with Furikake together with their seafood soup, and it turned out to be a comforting and hearty combination. The soup had a clean, flavourful broth with a nice seafood taste, and it came with prawns, vegetables, meatballs and other ingredients that made it filling without feeling too heavy. The rice with furikake was simple but paired well with the soup, especially with the extra sauce on the side. The portion was good for one person and the meal felt warm, homely and easy to enjoy. The dining area was casual and straightforward, with clear instructions for returning trays and bowls. A nice place for a quick, comforting bowl of soup and rice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a simple and tasty meal.

Got their signature classic fish soup with rice. Overall, I would say that it’s pretty good. Would definitely go again just for the taste. Had to wait a while because there were so many orders. The turnover during lunch crowd is not fast enough, thus not so to get seats. The counter space is a little cramped too.

SIL highly recommended that the fish soup is super nice and no msg, so had to try it myself. Indeed it was nice. Soup was very tasty and the slice fish were fresh too. They also sell other variety like seafood soup, it is also very tasty. Reasonably priced too. Will come back to try the rest of the menu.

The food tastes good, but the portions are really disappointing. The ordering app defaults to the takeaway option (+$0.30), so be sure to change it if you're dining in. Otherwise, the staff will only offer to add vegetables instead of refunding you that overcharged amount. I asked if I could have more soup instead to make up for that $0.30, and the staff reluctantly agreed, commenting that "the soup is very expensive." Even after that, the bowl was still only about half full. My friend also paid for extra meat but received only two additional pieces, which hardly felt worth the extra charge. Service was equally disappointing. The staff mixed up another customer's order and forgot to add the meat. When the customer returned after taking the food back to the office, there was no apology. Instead, the response was simply, "So how? I cook the meat for you now?" There was no attempt at service recovery or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. The food is enjoyable, but the small portions and poor customer service make it difficult to recommend.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly even during a busy period. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. Overall, Soup Cup is a great choice for a quick, healthy, and delicious meal. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their soups. Highly recommende
