Nozomi Millenia Walk
Born out of circumstance in 2020, nozomi is a reflection of the hope that nourished and sustained us during the covid 19 pandemic.

We say outside the restaurant in the foyer which has high ceilings and is not noisy-quieter than their other location in Star vista. The pasta and tempura set was really quite nice at $48++. My wife and I both had the same thing. Added on the salmon and lotus root starter which was lovely but I couldn’t finish my pasta after that.
View on GoogleNozomi at Millenia Walk was unfortunately quite underwhelming for me. I ordered the sushi and sashimi bento, with an additional top-up for hot udon, but the overall food quality felt pretty average. The udon was the biggest letdown. It arrived looking messy, almost like a loose twirl of noodles, and the presentation really didn’t help. Taste-wise, it was incredibly bland, and there was so little soup that it felt like the noodles had soaked most of it up within minutes. The sashimi quality also wasn’t great in my opinion. Honestly, I’ve had supermarket sashimi that felt fresher and more satisfying. It was also served without wasabi, so I had to ask for it, only to be given a huge slab for just a few slices of raw fish. A rather strange experience overall, and sadly not one I enjoyed.
View on GoogleHad a lovely dinner at Nozomi Japanese Restaurant at Millenia Walk on a Tuesday evening. Even though they are usually very busy during weekday lunch, dinner was a great time to enjoy the experience more comfortably. The food was beautifully presented, very fresh and really well prepared. We went for the dinner set and every dish was enjoyable. The yuzu cheesecake was especially memorable, so yummy and the perfect ending to the meal! Service was excellent too. The female staff took the time to patiently introduce the menu and explain the dishes, which we really appreciated. The male server was also attentive in refilling our drinks throughout the meal. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with both great food and service. Will definitely be back again!

View on GoogleWent for the $69 nett dinner buffet. I must say that the food did not live up to my expectations. The unagi is HUGE but it tasted super fatty and gelatinous, and has a weird taste to it, like mix with ginger??? The miso soup also taste like ginger. I ordered the sashimi and beef steak, as u can see the beed is super thin but its fine , cus is a buffet. I didnt enjoy most of the buffet items. - Pork cutlet was extremely fatty, meat so so tough and dry - chawanmushi were SUPER GRAINY and powdery at the bottom, i was appalled. - sashimi was not the best, i think like so so only - salmon skin was good - salmon tarte - had some weird herbs/leave inside….. - the spaghetti had some ‘charred’/wokhey taste which surprisingly i liked it - prawn gyoza- so so , little filing Honestly the only thing i enjoyed is the salmon skin and lotus crackers. Their portion are huge as well, so if you want to order everything on the menu, i think it will be too much for 2 ppl. And their rule is if there’s food wastage, you need to pay full price of the dish you wasted. Their ala crate prices are crazy considering the quality of food u get 😂😂😂 Service is good but i dont think i will recommend anyone to come here
