A real cozy find! Don’t be fooled by the number of seats at the entrance, beyond the kitchen there are more seats! Really enjoyed my both times there, and love how fresh the bagels are. Excited to go back and try all the other bakes!
View on GoogleNoci Bakehouse at Suntec City Tower 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noci Bakehouse is a refreshing new concept that immediately stands out. The all-white décor is clean, minimal, and very intentional — almost like a tribute to white bread itself. Simple, but quite striking. The menu is where things get interesting. They’re not just doing basic bakes — you’ll find creative bagels like Pepperoni Cheese, Jalapeño Cheese, and even a Castella Salt Cream Bagel. On top of that, their shio pans (Japanese salt breads) are clearly a big focus. There’s also a solid selection of madeleines and financiers, so you get a nice mix of savoury and sweet options. On this visit I tried the Crispy Salt Bread, Nutella Salt Bread, Milk Cream Salt Bread, Chocolate Madeleine, Raspberry Madeleine, and Butter Tteok. The salt breads are the real stars — crispy on the outside, soft and buttery inside. The Milk Cream version feels richer and more indulgent, while the Nutella one leans towards a dessert treat. The madeleines are decent, and the Butter Tteok adds something a little different to the lineup. What really stood out though was the service — genuinely excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming, which made a big difference. Overall, a concept-driven bakery with a strong identity, good bakes, and great service. Definitely worth a visit. Revisit — 26 July 2026 Back again, and Noci did not disappoint. This time we paired our bakes with a Latte and Cappuccino, and went straight for the best sellers — Yuzu (Almond) Salt Bread, Butterscotch Financier, Beef Bagel, Milk Cream Salt Bread, Crème Brûlée Salt Bread, and Crispy Salt Bread. Every single one was insanely good. A bakery that keeps delivering visit after visit.
View on GoogleIf you love shio pan, then this place is for you. I personally prefer sweets so i’d get their financier, madeleines and chocolate shio. They also have awesome savory shio. I did buy a mixture of it but I still like the sweet ones. Personal opinion, the madeline was kinda dry. I didn’t enjoy it but I loved the financier. Do note that the prices can be on the higher side >$5 per bun. Not suitable if you’re not the kind to splurge on bakes.
View on GoogleReally very nice Bakery and if I’m not wrong, I think it is Korean inspired. It’s got a good range of Shio Pan’s that can cost almost $7! That’s really expensive for a bun…. And surprisingly, the coffee was really amazing! If you were all the way inside, there’s a nice and cozy seating area.
View on GoogleEven tho food was heated up it was so hard to chew and cut up!!! which is kinda crazy since the chicken sriracha bagel?? thing…?? was about 6.5 and the 4 butter mochi was 9.5 ??? Not rlly worth the money, probably better to just buy it back home to properly heat it up urself. Vibes were nice n cozy tho, service not much to say cuz it’s just cashiering etc.
