This is the lesser known branch of Marche as compared to Somerset. It is nice during weekday lunch. It is fun walking around the different stations and it was hard to decide what to order. So we ordered to share and have variety. The smoked salmon rosti is very good. The chicken crepe is hearty and satisfying in the bite. The pasta has fragrant Maillard reaction taste. Self-service but staff at stations were friendly and helpful.

Stepping into Marché Mövenpick at Suntec City is akin to a sudden, sensory-rich migration from the clinical gleam of a shopping mall to a rustic Swiss hamlet. The 'market-style' theatre of live cooking stations provides a bustling, interactive energy, though the dining hall itself is remarkably dimly lit—shrouded in a perpetual Alpine twilight that, while cosy, perhaps leans a touch too far into the shadows for those wishing to fully admire the visual artistry of their plate The absolute triumph of the afternoon was the Pork Knuckle. This is a formidable titan of the rotisserie, boasting a Maillard reaction so perfectly executed that the crackling skin shatters with the audible resonance of fine glass. Beneath this tectonic exterior lies meat that is succulent, fork-tender, and deeply infused with savoury depth. Be warned: the full knuckle is a communal endeavour that requires a dedicated 'team' of diners to conquer—a true celebration of shared gastronomy. The supporting acts were equally intriguing. The Truffle Mushroom Pizza, typically an earth-bound, umami-rich affair, took a turn for the 'amusing' with the unorthodox addition of pineapple. The juxtaposition of the pungent, forest-floor notes of truffle with the sharp, acidic zip of the fruit was a playful, if divisive, subversion of tradition. Meanwhile, the Crepe Chicken Wrap offered a unique textural journey—the velvety mouthfeel of the shredded chicken encased in a delicate, paper-thin shroud that felt distinctly artisanal. However, the experience was not without its 'sad' notes. For a market concept, the vegetable offerings felt curiously anaemic; the salad station, in particular, lacked the vibrant, seasonal lustre one expects, appearing somewhat forlorn amidst the theatre of the grills. Furthermore, the final bill carries a certain 'knuckle-whitening' weight; while the quality is evident, the experience remains a pricey investment rather than a casual bite.

Underwhelming food quality, pork rib was cold and when asked to be corrected, it was still like warm at best. They are just reheating the food and it doesn’t taste good. Other food are still alright pricing is on the high side. Playground was better than vivo’s marche for sure. Crowds tonight was alright, pretty quiet as it was a weekday night.

Food is good, slightly pricey. Family dinner at Marche @ Suntec City . Been a while since we ate at Marche. Usually we would go to the outlet at Somerset. For dinner we ordered, a seafood platter, 2 plates of seafood paella, pork knuckle, Caesar salad, pizza, crepe, sausages, 2 orders of Swiss potato rosti with sour cream, chicken chop, lamb chop, & 2 types of spaghetti(chicken mushroom & seafood). Dessert we had waffles with fresh mango and apples marinated in cinnamon sauce and 2 slices of chocolate cake and tiramisu with baileys. Tried a new tea Ayurvital Eilles tea consisting of ginger, pepper and anise… super soothing ! Total bill: $415++ about $60++/pax. A bit short handed. Many tables have uncleared dishes. Took me quite a while to even refill hot water for tea. #gracelyystories #familytime #foodie

Always loved the rosti and dessert crepe over at Marché! Just hoping that they’d start encouraging diners to return their plates/have their staff cleaning the tables more diligently so it won’t be a barfing sight to dine among dirty tables….
