It’s very fresh and the slices and cuts are generous for the sashimi. Have been here many times. A regular here and will keep coming for fresh quality sashimi, only thing is the smell of cooking is strong within the restaurant, without that it’ll be perfect
View on GoogleTuna is very fresh and sweet, we ordered the 3 kinds of tuna, queen don and kaisen don. Ambience is great too. Had some trouble finding the place (we didn't see it on the map outside the Eat at Seven area) but eventually found it. Service is slightly on the pushy side but overall still a good dining experience.
View on GoogleTop-tier tuna - tuna rice bowls, tuna sushi and sashimi, cooked tuna dishes, tuna everything! I’m embarrassed to sound so pretentious here, but the combination of the “fishy but clean” smell of the restaurant, sushi counter with chefs cheerfully speaking in Japanese, and impressively fragrant tea made me feel like I was on holiday without having to leave the country. It really was that powerful. The restaurant was quiet on the Tuesday that I dropped by, but gets properly busy on weekend evenings, so take that into account when planning your visit.
View on GoogleI ordered the toro aburi meshi and matsu sushi set. The toro bowl was 36.90 and the aburi the minced toro and sliced otoro. The fat seeped into the rice and coated it very nicely. Both the tuna were good and melt in your mouth. The set came with chawanmushi a salad miso soup and some orange slices. The portion was quite large but one thing was that it was quite surfeiting/jelak towards the end. The sushi was very worth it and came with about 10 pieces for 44.90 and the otoro was oh so good. Overall very worth it for the price
View on GoogleVisited this place on a Friday evening. The restaurant was not too packed, but I would still advise making a reservation prior. The Maguro (tuna) was very fresh and succulent. Same for the rest of the seafood within the meal. Some items were not available on the day of my visit. Service was very good. The restaurant was rather spacious with a simple Japanese themed decor. Portions were adequate. Pricing is on the high end. Plenty of parking.
