We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience, made even more memorable by the exceptional service from Angel and Jiang. Both of them were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire evening. A special compliment to Angel — she went above and beyond with her outstanding attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations on the dishes, and genuine hospitality. Her excellent service truly elevated our dining experience and made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was simply top-notch. This place is definitely worth visiting, and if you have the chance, do look for Angel for the best dining experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing. Finally decided to check this place out because they have a set lunch promotion. What a great experience there. The service was immaculate from the get go and we were really comfortable. The food for the promotion was really good. We loved the abalone rice and all the dim sum items we chose. We also added a cutlass fish fillet appetizer and roast meat platter. Both were great as well. Definitely heading back here again!

First time visit with two other friends for lunch yesterday celebrating a birthday. A good dining experience is always dependent on the service as well. Angel and her team are top notch in service. They served the bd cake on a decorated platter as well! We had the dim sum and their selections are varied! The chefs’ style of creating some of their dishes are unique and palatable, not masked by too much salt. Kai Garden is a class of its own and you can tell the team in the kitchen and on the service is of a standard of its own. Keep it up!

Celebrating a remarkable 10-year milestone, Kai Garden continues to stand as one of Singapore’s most refined Cantonese dining destinations - where tradition meets innovation under the masterful direction of Fung Chi Keung, who marks the occasion with a thoughtfully curated menu of 10 creations. Dim Sum 🦀Steamed Soup Dumpling with Crab Roe Delicately pleated parcels that burst with an umami-rich broth, amplified by the briny sweetness of crab roe. 🍄‍🟫Steamed Crystal Dumplings with Morel Mushrooms A rare and inventive creation, where the earthy depth of wild morels pairs beautifully with a medley of pork, scallop and prawn, wrapped in a translucent skin. 🥟Potstickers Crispy-bottomed, juicy within, and subtly lifted by the addition of bok choy for freshness. 🍖Baked BBQ Honey Pork Pastry Its buttery, flaky crust gives way to a sweet-savory char siew filling, roasted and hand-chopped in-house for a deeply satisfying bite. Signature Dishes 🦀Crab Roe Pan-Fried Hor Fun Wok-charred rice noodles layered with smoky depth, then luxuriously coated in a velvety crab roe sauce that ties the dish together with richness and intensity. 🍗Black Truffle Roasted Chicken Crisp-skinned, juicy meat enveloped in a fragrant truffle sauce poured just before serving. 🥩Black Truffle Braised Beef Belly Impresses with its tenderness, having been slow-braised for 1.5 hours before a final roast for a caramelised crust - A harmonious balance of richness, depth and subtle truffle perfume. 🐟Poached Live Garoupa in Fish Broth The milky, slow-simmered broth is light yet flavourful, allowing the freshness of the fish to shine in a delicate tableside experience. 🍲Braised Radish with Fish Maw and Shark’s Fin A collagen-rich claypot dish that leans into classic Cantonese comfort. 🍲Braised Seafood Thick Soup in Stone Pot Six hours of simmering yields a rich, velvety base brimming with premium ingredients like sea cucumber and dried scallops. With a limited-time promotion offering 50% off selected dishes, there’s never been a better moment to rediscover why Kai Garden remains a cornerstone of Cantonese fine dining in Singapore.
