iSteak has always been my no-brainer go to place of my steak craving. The quality of their meat is decent and the doneness is exactly as I’ve ordered. They also have this amazing afternoon tea menu with snack items at $4 & drinks $1-1.50! I always go for the fried platter…😋 Beyond that, is the personal touch of the servers… Unlike most chain restaurants where servers just robotically take your orders and serve your food, those here in iSteak Suntec makes you feel that you’re served by a friend… A shoutout to Uncle Jack who always make our dining experience so pleasant and personable…👍🏼

Went on a weekend afternoon since I was in the area. The food was okay, the steaks were good but a bit overdone (ordered MR but they were closer to M instead) and the sides were fine. I’m mainly writing this review because I feel that your staff Jack deserves the 5 stars. He took our order and was efficient, friendly and gave good recommendations. He even guided us step by step on how to make use of the grabpay promotions and we saved over a third of the price on the bill! We are grateful to have received his excellent service, thank you Jack!

I’ve been a long-time customer and regular of iSteaks, and my usual order has always been the 300g New Zealand striploin. I’ve had this exact order many times before, so I’m very familiar with what the portion normally looks like. During my latest visit, however, I was served a steak that was noticeably smaller than the 300g portions I had received previously. I was confident that the portion was closer to 200g than 300g. I raised this with the service staff, Boon Chan, but was told that the difference was simply due to the cut of the steak. I understand that steaks can vary somewhat in shape and appearance, but in this case the difference was substantial. The steaks in the attached photos were ordered as the exact same 300g New Zealand striploin, and both were of similar thickness. The difference was therefore not simply a matter of one steak being thinner or shaped differently. I finished the meal feeling quite unsatisfied. Having ordered the 300g portion many times previously, I normally find it very filling, whereas this portion felt significantly smaller. I’m not claiming that this was necessarily intentional, but I do feel that if a customer raises a genuine concern about a portion, it should be properly checked rather than simply dismissed as a difference in cut. Long-time customers know what they normally receive, and this experience was disappointing. Dine here at your own risk if you’re not comfortable with the possibility of receiving a wrong order despite raising your concerns.

Uncle Jack was very friendly and helpful. Really thankful to him for recommending which foods are good. Another staff (Chinese lady, with spectacles and in grey work shirt) took exceptional care of us and made sure our waters and sauces were always refilled. Thanks to them, we had a very good dining experience as a family! Had to wait for abit as most tables were catered to smaller groups and was dinner time. But staff will update us on the seating capacity regularly. Portion-wise, very big portions. We overordered but 300g of steak can feed 2 pax as they were generous with the size of the complementary dishes.

Visited iSteaks at Suntec and had another fantastic experience. The food, as usual, was super good—perfectly tender steak and a great variety of delicious sides. A nice extra touch for coffee lovers: you can even customize your kopi to go Kosong! ​Big special shoutout to Connie Soo! She was remarkably approachable, friendly, and above all, incredibly patient. She thoughtfully informed me about special bank card discounts and patiently waited while I added my card into the GrabPay app. Excellent food paired with exceptional staff like Connie makes this place a constant favorite. Highly recommended!
