2nd visit...noodles not as QQ as 1st visit but still good. Filo prawn balls were excellent. Cant get this in other dim sum places. Pork & beef are super tender. Rice dishes are yummy too. Mamgo Sago Pomelo & Osmanthus jelly are not too sweet. Overall, for this price , quality and quantity in a touristy mall without service charge is amazing as orders are done via a kiosk and own collection. The missing one star goes to slippery floor when staff mopped while there are still diners. Tables are a tad too close as well. 3rd Visit on 8 May was UNPLEASANT. Chinese female server insist we must sit at original section. All tables MUST be filled up before she opens up the opposite area which is more brightly lit. 4 of us sat at a table leaning the wall. It was very dim. My elderly guests not very good eyesight. We also ordered several items to celebrate Mothers Day and small table cannnot fit all dishes. Grouchy server refused to let us take a larger table . The opposte bright section was not even half -filled by 8.30pm on a Friday night. We had to squeeze with our large backpacks. . She does not allow to let us spread out and sit further away from another table. It was too squeezy and uncomfortable. Very disappointed with her service. With her around, she ruins our dining. Wont go anymore
View on GoogleI recently visited this dim sum spot, and I must say, it's a solid choice! 🥟 The offerings are pretty good, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a hearty dim sum experience without any unnecessary fuss. 👍 I enjoyed the variety of dishes. 🍜😋
View on GoogleRevisited this dim sum place after not being here for a while. Can't remember the name but location is the same. Plenty of available tables on a Sat @ 14:19. Our ordered light dim sum were pretty average taste. Not much taste for the Lotus leaf rice. Blend sticky rice. Bbq pork rice roll had the meat too thick and doesn't blend well with the rice roll. Sesame custard ball is sesame seeds coating the outer layer with custard filling.
View on GoogleNice and fresh dimsum, also price quite affordable compared to other dimsum resto. GST is included and no service charge as it’s a self service method. Get and chop your table, order at the machine and then collect the food. Get the plate, utensils, condiments by yourself too. Quite convenient. Many varieties on the menu from steamed, fried, noodle, congee, pastry, drinks, etc. We had Shrimp and Mango Roll, Fried Carrot Cake, Teochew Dumpling, Hokkaido Scallop Siew Mai, Siew Mai, Pumpkin Crystal Dumpling, Spring Roll, Beancurd Skin Roll. The fried dimsum was fried upon order, not kind of ready served one, so it was still hot. The Shrimp and Mango Roll was good, crispy outside and juicy prawn inside, goes well with the sweet mango cuts. The filling amount was also decent. The Fried Carrot Cake was nice, the texture inside was soft. Spring Roll and the Beancurd Skin Roll all were good too, crispy skin outside, tasty and decent filling inside, but a bit too greasy from the cooking oil though. The Teochew Dumpling, Siew Mai, Hokkaido Scallop Siew Mai, Pumpkin Crystal Dumpling, all were nice and flavourful. The filling was also decent and fresh. Congee (small portion) was nice and goes well with the dimsum, but too bad it was not hot enough when it served, just lukewarm only, otherwise it would be much better and nicer. Also the fried you tiao was already soggy and chewy, so we didn’t eat it. Overall the portion and size of the dimsum was decent, 3pcs for 1 portion. Recommended.
View on GoogleI recently visited 香港仔点心 at Marina Square, and I was thoroughly impressed! The self-service model was mostly in place, but the efficiency and speed of the service were remarkable. The dim sum selection was fantastic, with everything from steamed buns to dumplings, all fresh and delicious. The shrimp dumplings were a standout, delicately made and bursting with flavor. Despite the self-service aspect, the staff were incredibly attentive and quick to assist whenever needed. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions. If you're looking for a fast yet delightful dining experience, I highly recommend 香港仔点心. I’ll definitely be back for more!
