This outlet is usually very crowded during meal times so we went after lunch hour on a weekday. All the food was good and pretty good value. The food was served by the train on the conveyor belt. Easy to order via QR and the food was served pretty fast since it was off peak hour. Prices were affordable but it quickly adds up as you order and order mindlessly. For 2 people it was about ＄50 but we ordered quite a lot. There’s not much service per se since you order on QR and food delivered to you by train on conveyor belt. But they cleared the tables quickly and were polite enough. Don’t mind coming back again but I won’t bother to wait in a long line.

Sushi generally quite good. Salmon teriyaki and Gyu don also not bad. Service is fast and has lots of seating. Sign up for Genki membership to get some dining perks!

I love the experience here thanks to a staff named Susan, she is so good in her service which made it enjoyable having my meals here! Not only she was attentive to all customers needs and queries, she made sure that everything goes right, great staff and deserves a promotion! Thank you genki too!

The Mini Salmon Avo Mentai Don was very creamy but a bit too salty. The A4 Kyushu Wagyu with Black Pepper Sushi was very tender and not too oily. The kake udon's soup was very flavourful and the udon noodles were chewy. The mini cream puffs were fluffy and creamy.

Genki Sushi inside Bugis+, went there 5pm, early so zero wait in line. Ordered a range of tuna, salmon, prawns in sushi and sashimi plate. Salmon was different but the tuna tasted alright. Water and tea is not free and needs to be ordered! The place was clean, seating was comfortable and they have a range of bar tables and 4-pax booths. Prices ranged from 2.5 to 3.5 in general per plate and some carries 2 sushi and some just 1 sushi
