A convenient spot for a quick meal in Suntec without the usual restaurant queues. There's a good mix of stalls, so it's easy to find something whether you're after local favourites, noodles, rice bowls or a snack. Prices are fairly reasonable for the location too. The seating area is spacious and feels less cramped than many mall food courts, making it comfortable to sit down and enjoy a meal. A practical option if you're shopping, visiting the convention centre, or simply looking for an easy place to eat.

My colleagues and I had a disappointing experience at Quán Việt SG in Food Arena @ Suntec. As we wanted to try some Vietnamese food and noticed that the stall had recently opened, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the ordering process was very frustrating. My Vietnamese colleagues attempted to communicate with the staff in Vietnamese, but she was unable to understand. We then tried ordering in English and Mandarin, but communication remained difficult. Several menu items were already sold out, and placing our order for Bánh Mì and Phở took much longer than expected due to the communication issues. After waiting about 20 minutes for our food, we discovered that no trays were provided. The Phở was served in a paper bowl, making it difficult to carry from the stall to the dining area without spilling. The food itself was also disappointing. My Bánh Mì was served cold, and the ingredients did not feel fresh or warm. The presentation was unappealing, and the sandwich looked dry and unappetising. I understand that a new business may face challenges, but I believe the owner should invest more in staff training, particularly in basic communication skills. Being able to take orders accurately in English is essential in a food court environment. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and unfortunately, we do not see ourselves returning.

Terrible experience having dinner here. Check on the Google that Food Arena is closing at 10.00pm. Upon walking in, saw some stalls start to tidy up & doing some cleaning @ 8.20pm. Saw the stall “Wu Gu Yu Fen” is cooking for a customer. Out of curtesy, ask the lady if their noodle is still available? (Since some stalls is preparing to close). Without saying a word, she pointed at the bowl of noodle she was about to serve. Then I try to check with her, can I order? She pointed at the bowl & ask: “What is this, you think still have or not? What you want?” Kind of stunt when dealing with this kind of attitude. But did order & tried the noodle. Tasteless soup, 3 small slices of fish slice. Upon eating half way (approximately less than 20min), an uncle pushing the trolley cart walkover & stand beside the table. Saw a few empty plates & bowls on the trolley (P/S: he wants to collect my bowl) but I still have like 1/3 of the food. And literally he stood there for 3-5min, STARING at the bowl on the table without saying anything. That 1/3 portion of that noodle was a disaster (it’s hot soup noodle). Split second after putting down the chopstick, he immediately ask: “ The bowl can take?” Dear Management Team, F&B business revenue really depends a lot of the food quality, staff hospitality & dining experience for a retuned customer regardless at a food court with affordable meal or any luxurious meal at the fine restaurant. Kindly reconsider on the overall training for your staff.
