I love the product, but not the service. I purchased an Americano, which was served extremely hot and handed to me without a sleeve. When I asked for one, the staff simply replied, “Don’t have,” and continued with her work. I tried to carry the cup, but it was too hot to hold comfortably. After taking fewer than ten steps, I had to return to the store because I couldn’t continue carrying it safely. Another staff member suggested that I use a serviette to hold the cup, but it kept slipping off. He eventually offered me a paper bag, which helped. While I understand that sleeves may occasionally be unavailable, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance and concern shown when I raised the issue. A hot beverage should be served in a way that customers can carry safely and comfortably.

Tried Compose Coffee (Suntec City) today and was pleasantly surprised. Their iced Americano is only SGD 3.30, which is honestly hard to find these days. Coffee was decent and refreshing for the price. Service was also very fast, making it a good option if you need a quick caffeine fix without spending too much. Worth trying if you’re nearby.

Always a fan here! My daily dose top option… At first was their Americano , now definitely is the newly launched Airy Americano! The only downside is abt their order System! So poorly made and management even many feedback abt their poor system they still chose to ignore! No action taken! Making us the regular here not convenient at all to redeem our benefits! Luckily there are 2 seniors in the store Shami and Fine always here to help and advise.. they are real good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 if not them I might have gone !

Bought drinks for my children on 10 May 2026 at around 1.22pm. I paid at the counter and clearly mentioned it was for takeaway. The stall manager looked very displeased and let out an annoyed sigh. When I went over to collect the drinks, there were 4 cups left on the table without any carrier or bag. I politely mentioned again that I wanted takeaway, and he replied sarcastically, “Ya, this is takeaway.” I then asked how I was supposed to carry 4 drinks as takeaway usually comes packed in a bag. He responded with a bad attitude, “Oh, you want plastic bag.” I have always visited Compose Coffee whenever I’m at Suntec City because I genuinely enjoy the coffee. However, over time I’ve noticed the service standard dropping, and today’s experience was the worst so far. The whole interaction felt very rude and unprofessional. Even my 9-year-old daughter noticed his attitude immediately. Really disappointed with the service and definitely not going back again.
