Third time back at Colony, and each visit never failed to remind me why I love this place so much. Vibe is sleek, elegant, yet welcoming. Service is the most friendly, period. And the food: absolutely spectacular. Everything from the raw seafood to the desserts was carefully crafted and delicious. But my favorite part of Colony’s offerings (and where they shine the most) has to be their hot food. Many buffets neglect on the quality and taste of their hot food, but Colony is the opposite. Wide variety of Chinese, Indian, Singaporean, Western, etc. offerings that’ll satisfy any palette. Special shout out to Krishna, our incredible server. He went above and beyond in every possible way, taking our experience to the next level.

The food quality is excellent and buffet dinner spread is delightful with very interesting selection. Service staff are all so attentive, friendly and ready to serve diners making the dining experience so pleasant and memorable. Will return to Colony again, highly recommend it as great place to dine at. Good value for money considering the high quality food being served and cozy atmosphere. Happy to be there. 😊

I’m honestly not really a buffet person, but I was hosting my clients for dinner at Colony at The Ritz-Carlton last night, and the experience genuinely impressed me. The moment you walk in, the majestic décor and beautiful ambience immediately set the tone. But what surprised me even more was the quality of the food. From the fresh sashimi and seafood to the cooked dishes and desserts, the ingredients tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, not something I always associate with large buffet spreads. And of course, there’s the Ritz-Carlton service. Attentive, polished and warm, especially when you’re hosting clients and want everything to feel effortless. From a business perspective, Colony reminded me that a premium experience isn’t created by having more choices alone. It’s about maintaining quality and consistency across every touchpoint, ambience, food and service. That’s what makes the premium price feel justified. I may still not call myself a buffet person 😅, but if I’m thinking of having a buffet dinner again, Colony will definitely be one of my first choices. Highly recommended for a client dinner, celebration or simply a special evening.

I would like to compliment the amazing team at Colony for always delivering such a wonderful dining experience. The food, atmosphere, and service are consistently outstanding, which is why my family and I keep returning time after time. Their Sunday Brunch was superb — the quality and variety of food never disappoint. Although the price may be on the steeper side, it is truly worth every penny if you appreciate quality dining and beautifully prepared food. A special commendation to Chef Nicholas, Chef Yong Wei, and their entire culinary team. The chefs are not only incredibly dedicated and passionate about what they do, but they are also always smiling and welcoming towards guests. It makes such a difference because not every buffet restaurant gives you that warm and inviting feeling. One of my favourite highlights is definitely the Asian food section — the wok hey fragrance is amazing and something you rarely find at buffet restaurants nowadays. Super flavourful and absolutely delicious! I would also like to praise service staff like Raj, Tessa, and their wonderful team for always being so warm, attentive, and welcoming to every guest. My family and I always leave Colony with a happy belly and big smiles. Highly recommended if you haven’t tried it yet!

Colony sets a very high standard for hotel buffets. The seafood selection was impressive — the snow crab was fresh and sweet, the prawns were flavorful, and the sashimi was exceptionally fresh and well-prepared. The roasted meats were also nicely executed, remaining juicy and tender. The standout dish for me was the laksa. The thick, rich coconut broth was packed with flavor and paired perfectly with the quail eggs and prawns, making it a memorable highlight of the meal. To round things off, the dessert selection was extensive, with a huge variety of cakes, macarons, and other sweet treats to choose from. Overall, Colony delivers an excellent buffet experience with quality food, great variety, and something for everyone. Highly recommended.
