This branch is hidden at B1 of a corner. If you find a travelator, that brings you to the correct level. Very crowded on a weekend but was surprised me was the speed the food took to arrive, it was fast. Order from their big variety of menu of western delights by scanning the QR on your table. Staff were responsive and attentive. Sits about 30 tables.

2 Female staffs on duty were really attentive and warm. Had a memorable birthday meal Food was acceptable and portion was generous. Except for the sourdough bread, it was very dry and hard. Could be heated and served warm instead. Note : No reservations allowed but we did not had to wait on a weekend night

Food is not bad. We came here and the place is quite empty however you need to tell them u need a table for them to seat you….. Cleanliness is bad found one dirty knife and they do not give enough fork, double the spoon !! Lackluster service we sat at a long table and everything is put on our table even though we told them it’s for another side, this happens even if we each have our mains! Getting robot server might be a good way for management

We were having trouble ordering through the QR code system, and SIM was incredibly patient and helpful in taking our order manually. He was proactive, noticing we needed assistance before we even had to ask, which was a welcome change compared to other staff members who seemed to be ignoring the floor. SIM was hardworking, attentive every single minute, and maintained a genuinely friendly and welcoming demeanor throughout the entire meal. Highly recommend asking for him!

The portions were generous and the food tasted great. Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were lovely, the dishes were delicious, and the place was spotless and well maintained. Collins offers an impressive variety of options, and everything we tried was excellent. We’d definitely come back again.
