Really lavish buffet spread with plenty to choose from. The main highlight for me was definitely the lobster. Snow crab legs were so-so only, but the crab pincers tasted much sweeter and nicer. The tuna and salmon sashimi were power, fresh and thickly sliced, whack until shiok. Dessert section was another big highlight with lots of variety. The durian pengat wasn't the best I've had, but still quite decent and can satisfy the craving. Service was excellent too. The staff were all super friendly, attentive, and always clearing plates quickly. Only one downside though, we had 12 people for dinner, but were only given 2 complimentary carpark coupons. Felt a bit stingy considering the size of the group. Overall still an enjoyable buffet and worth coming for the lobster, sashimi and desserts.
View on GoogleWe visited Town Restaurant as a family of 5 (4 adults and 1 child aged 8) and had a truly pleasant dining experience. We arrived about 30 minutes before the 12 noon buffet opening and were kindly asked to wait in the lobby. Around 10 minutes before opening, we were already escorted to our table, which made the transition smooth and welcoming, even though the buffet service officially started at 12 noon. About 30 minutes into our meal, we were touched by the thoughtfulness of Ms. Hima, one of the staff members, who noticed our child wasn’t eating much and kindly checked in with us. When I mentioned that our son only wanted juice, she graciously informed us that we did not need to be charged for the child since he did not eat from the buffet. That gesture was very much appreciated. Ms. Hima was also very warm and engaging, taking time to ask about our stay in Singapore so far. We even learned from her that the restaurant manager is also from the Philippines, which added a nice personal connection for us. We would also like to commend Ms. Ahchong for her attentiveness and efficiency in clearing used plates promptly throughout our meal. Overall, we truly enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and most especially the excellent and thoughtful service from the staff. It made our dining experience memorable and enjoyable.
View on GoogleSecond time dining here for their lunch buffet. The food was average to good overall, with a decent variety of dishes to choose from. What I enjoyed most was the dessert selection. It was mostly cakes, and I found myself spending most of my time sampling each one, paired with a cup of coffee. That ended up being the highlight of the meal for me. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were attentive and efficient in clearing used plates. Overall, it was a nice buffet experience.
View on GoogleHad a wonderful buffet dinner at Town Restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. The seafood spread was absolutely delicious and very fresh. I especially loved the wide variety of crabs available – each one was well prepared and full of flavour. There was also a great selection of desserts to end the meal, all beautifully presented and tasty. Overall, a very satisfying dining experience with plenty of choices. Highly recommended for seafood lovers!
View on GoogleBreakfast buffet spread is good. There’s lots to choose from. I love the bacon plus eggs and the yummy croissants. However, it is not very senior friendly as there is a flight of steep stairs to get from one island of food to another. When I arrived, the restaurant was so full that I had to sit in the courtyard.
