Good food and attentive service. Although Italian risotto is not on the menu, as this is a French restaurant, the chef on duty kindly prepared it for us. It was a lovely and memorable experience. One small suggestion: the entrance facing the OUE building was open, but no staff member was attending to it. I waited there for about five minutes before realising that guests should use the entrance inside the hotel. Clearer signage or having someone attend that entrance would make the arrival experience smoother.
View on GoogleDespite being delayed by 30 minutes due to traffic, everything was handled seamlessly from the moment we arrived. Ordered their 4 course meal. The reception and reservation process was smooth and efficient. We were seated at the table I had requested, and the team carefully noted my daughter’s allergies and the special occasion we were celebrating. As a thoughtful touch, they surprised us with a congratulatory cake. Alan provided exceptional service. When I asked where the washroom was, he almost personally escorted me all the way to the door. His attentiveness and care truly stood out. Kate was equally wonderful, always checking in and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The team even provided complimentary rice for my daughter, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. They also happily served us additional bread whenever we asked, without any hesitation. Overall, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Thank you to Alan, Kate, and the entire team for making our celebration so memorable. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleWe were here for a double celebration dinner on 10 May — Mother’s Day and my dad’s birthday. We had the lobster bisque, crab salad, two of the 4-course set meals, steak, and seabass. The food was delicious! The service was excellent as well. We received a Mother’s Day card and complimentary desserts for my mom and dad, which was a very thoughtful touch. The staff also helped us take lots of family photos and were attentive throughout the evening. At one point, my sister choked while talking and the staff immediately offered her water. The ambience was wonderful too. The restaurant was quiet enough for easy conversation, there was a lovely view overlooking Fullerton Bay, and we never felt rushed during the meal. My family and I truly enjoyed our time at La Brasserie. Thank you to the chef and staff — keep up the great work!
View on GoogleExcellent hospitality from Esther -- she was so warm and friendly throughout our dinner, and truly made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food at La Brasserie was also delicious, with a special shoutout to the fish which tasted exceptionally fresh and perfectly prepared. Their Virgin Merlion was easily one of the best mocktails I’ve ever had as well! Overall, such a wonderful dining experience and definitely a restaurant I’ll be coming back to again!
View on GoogleWe went on Sat evening for the Amex 3 course dinner. Both starters were delicious! For the main, I prefer the fish over the beef as the seasoning used for the beef is very strong. We ordered the wine to paired with the starter and mains. Good recommendation from the staff. The desserts was very pretty and delicious. It's so pretty that I have to take a photo! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole evening. Tanesh (I hope I get the name correct) is very attentive and always serve with a big smile!
