We tried out this restaurant as we heard the news of their impending closure. The food is excellent and tasty. We recommend the tofu & prawn 🍤, sweet & sour pork, Er Fu noodles. The service is attentive and ambience good. It is a pity that they will no longer be at this address and we cannot understand the reason (as published in papers). Try their food before they close.
View on GoogleExpensive, but delicious. Good for a special occasion. As highlights: the peckin duck, beef cubes with vegetables and black pepper sauce, steamed fish with ginger and scallion and for dessert, the mango sago and the sesame balls were so good.
View on GoogleThank you Yan Restaurant for making my grandmother so happy. definitely a pleasant dining experience. The food was good and up to expectations!!! :) hope there is more options of minimum 2 persons set menu for choices in the near future! Was pretty impressed that they really took the remarks and comments about the context of dining in their restaurant seriously. 🥲 will definitely be back again!
View on GoogleI am surprised that it is a Cantonese restaurant , cos I feel that the food is generally blend, not sure if it’s for health reason. We ordered the $150++ per person, and the food is generally good. I like the lobster, while is slightly blend, but the lobster taste fresh and the texture of the meat is good. The cod fish is also slightly blend for me. The duck is good thought. The dessert is special, but mix the coconut ice cream well before eating, as it will enhance the overall taste. Finally, the Yu Sheng, it is so-so only, nothing special to me.
View on GoogleService is excellent, waitress/waiters are all very attentive, hygienic level is very good (provide separate spoons and chopsticks for every dish and for everyone). Their signature crispy roast suckling pig is one of the best that I ever have. Set meal is value for money except dessert which is so so. Weekday lunch time is not crowded and good for enjoying long lunch with close family and friends!
