After many years of coming here the quality of the food remains top-notch, only now had the chance to write about one of my favorite eating experiences in Singapore, their signature BBQ pork bun is always delicious, The Food variety is simple yet the quality is good & standard is well maintained. Reasonably priced. Service is always great, tables are all clean. I’ll be back soon! Best of luck team THW 🐰♥️☕️

A great place for dim sum in Singapore, I've visited a few branches of THW, first time coming to this one. Food is really good, but to be honest not as mind-blowing as I've remembered. Still had a good experience! Their signature baked BBQ pork buns is a must try as well as their rice rolls (肠粉), simply delicious! Staff was really professional and friendly. Wasn't crowded at all on a late Sunday afternoon.

I'm not sure why this Tim Ho Wan outlet just feels like a fast food concept instead. It closes rather early, and by 7:50pm, the staff was asking if we have any last orders. I did not appreciate the waiter clearing our dishes as fast as he could when I just placed my chopsticks down. I get it that he wants to go home as soon as possible, but I was not done eating. There was still food on the table, and he took my utensils and plate away before I could react... the least he could do was to ask if I was done before he cleared our plates and food. 💧 Water is chargeble. Foodwise is pretty standard dimsum dishes. Quality wise still upholds the Tim Ho Wan's standards. I really like the Har Gao & Siew Mai here as the pieces are chunky and there was lots of meatiness in it. Skin was thin and chewy. Glutinous Lotus rice was pleasant as well with the fragrant steamed leaves and stuffed with meaty goodness on the inside.

It's the very 1st time that I visited this outlet. The brand name to me is overated but I agree that the dim sum is good and tasty. Being that the weekend crowds are large and they are understaffed both in front and kitchen some of the dished came out under steamed but still tasty. The service was fast and friendly. I suggest if you want try this place come on weekdays when they have abit more time to prepare and heat the food thoroughly. Unfortunately the worst happened when we were leaving when the cashier was so very rude . To me I will not visit any of these outlets again

Came here on a weekday night at 7.45pm. Didnt realise they close at 8.30pm. Food came fast but it tasted quite ordinary. Not quite the THW I rmbr for its quality. Har gao was a bit nua and the skin was not fully in tact (see pic). Pork bun still tasted the same. As for service, generally the staff were quite nice and kept reminding us they were closing soon. 1 staff asked if we wanted to dabao since it was 8.25pm already. So we did for the dry items. We were literally stuffing out mouths with the remaining items and the manager came by with a stern look and said we are closed quite rudely. I know we were late to finish but didnt have to be rude ah.. we already trying our best. Ah and prices.. shocking now. Dont rmbr being so ex. Paid around $75.
