initial part was ok until my son vomited and we flagged the staf and then the staff didnt do anything just go back to the counter there discuss and doesnt act on it and we have to finish the food with the vomit next to us also this outlet green tea is not refilable lucky i bought another drink. sad i know sukiya meant to be fast food but this is too much to let diners eat with vomit while they could have clean it. well probably no sop on that? or better give us the mop to mop?

I just ate half a piece of uncooked chicken there. When i told the waiter, he showed no expression, never say anything and just took it back, returning later with another bowl of fried chicken, put on my table and left without saying anything or expression on his face. I was so disgusted and left without eating anymore.

Good yakiniku don and teriyaki salmon don at reasonable prices and great portion. The QR code ordering is only using paynow, but I don’t use that often, so I went to the counter and asked them if I could pay using nets. The staff helped me promptly and respectfully, which is great. The staff also gave me the tea just after I had sat down. The food arrived less than 5 minutes later. The reason why I rate the atmosphere 4 is because the music is too loud. If you guys can turn down the music volume a little bit, sukiya will be perfect!
