honestly felt like the kind of place you settle into for a proper, unhurried meal. The moment the Imperial Scholar Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles (Guo Qiao Mi Xian) arrived, the steam and aroma hit first. The broth comes bubbling hot, with the ingredients served separately — so you add them in yourself and watch everything cook in real time. There’s something quietly satisfying about that process. The rice noodles are silky, the soup is rich but not heavy, and it’s the kind of bowl you naturally slow down for. I ended up finishing every strand… and yes, you can refill the noodles, which makes it feel even more indulgent. The Mince & Fried Pork Rice Noodle had a different vibe — savoury minced pork with crispy bits that add texture to every bite. Comforting, slightly nostalgic, very easy to keep eating. We also tried the Braised Chicken Hot Pot. The broth was deep and aromatic, and the meat was super tender. On the side, there are over 30 types of fried skewers — Mini Mantou, Pork Belly, Chicken Feet — good for nibbling between mouthfuls of noodles. To end, the Handmade Ice Jelly was a welcome contrast. Light, cooling, subtly sweet — especially nice after a warm, hearty meal. Overall, it’s the kind of spot where you go for one bowl and somehow stay longer than planned. This was our second visit to Miss Tang’s Rice Noodles at Funan, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The Signature Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles are a must-try. The steaming hot broth is light yet flavorful, and it's a joy to add the variety of fresh ingredients from the beautifully presented box. Pairing it with the Yunnan fermented black beans was a highlight for me—the taste was so nostalgic and reminded me of my grandmother’s cooking. The Braised Beef Rice Noodle was equally impressive, with rich, savory flavors and silky noodles. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are incredibly friendly and service-oriented. I highly recommend this spot to anyone craving a delicious, comforting bowl of noodles that truly warms the heart.
