I just returned from my second high tea visit to Madison's at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, and I am beyond pleased with the entire experience. This time, I specifically went to try their highly anticipated Old Chang Kee Nostalgia Afternoon Tea collaboration, and it was absolutely delightful! Re-imagining local heritage flavors into a sophisticated 3-tier presentation—like the Laksa Shrimp Vol Au Vent and creative sweet pastries—is such an interesting, refreshing twist that breathes so much life into the standard high tea scene. What truly made my day, however, happened before the food even arrived. During my online reservation, I requested a specific, plush couch/sofa lounge seat that I had fallen in love with during my first visit. To my immense pleasant surprise, the hotel crew genuinely took my request to heart and kept that exact blissful seat waiting for me. It is so heartwarming for a venue to pay attention to these small, personal requests from a solo diner, and I want to deeply thank the reservation team for that wonderful gesture. The absolute star of my afternoon was a staff member named Charlene. I was completely blown away when she actually remembered me from my very first visit! In this industry, it is incredibly rare for a server to remember a solo customer, and it instantly made me feel valued and at home. Charlene provided fantastic, highly professional service throughout the session. She checked in on us with the perfect balance—always attentive but never overbearing or intrusive.To top it all off, she was incredibly accommodating with my dinner inquiries and thoughtfully gave me excellent suggestions on what to order when I headed up to El Chido, the hotel's gorgeous rooftop lounge, later that evening. Madison's has completely won me over. Between the exceptional local food, the flawless execution of my seating request, and Charlene’s stellar, unforgettable hospitality, this hotel sets the double gold standard for customer service in Singapore. At S$88++ for two, the volume, presentation, and sheer theater of opening the hidden sliding drawers completely crushes the competition across the local hotel scene. The savory selection was outstanding, and the kitchen team did a flawless job custom-building the set on short notice to accommodate specific pescatarian dietary preferences 🥰 What truly elevated the entire experience from great to unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by Faidz. From A to Z, Faidz demonstrated the absolute gold standard of 5-star hospitality. He was incredibly proactive and attentive, going completely above and beyond to ensure the dining experience was seamless, personalized, and relaxed. As a crowning touch to his stellar service, Faidz beautifully managed my transition into the evening. He personally escorted me over to MOGA for the dinner reservation, ensuring a flawless continuation of the Pullman hotel's top-tier hospitality. Compared to the rushed, "table-flipping" service often encountered at other prominent lounges in the city, Madison’s is a breath of fresh air. For world-class value, stunning aesthetics, and royalty-tier treatment from Faidz and the team, this venue is highly recommended. A return visit is a must! Went for the OCK afternoon tea and was sorely disappointed. Once we arrived, we were told that because we didn't make a reservation, there'll be a 45-minute wait. It was 3.45pm, we hadn't had lunch, we were hungry. We asked if they could serve the items to us in batches once they were ready, no need to wait for everything to be prepared before serving. They declined. Fine, we ordered a soup to tide our tummies over while waiting. And the box arrived at 4.40pm, 55 minutes later. We were too busy eating that I only realised after that the only items that needed cooking or heating were the ones on the top layer - puff, spring roll, sesame ball, satay tart and prawn whatever (shredded egg salad didn't need heating), none of which were piping hot when served anyway. The rest were sweets. So what was the 45 minutes for?! The only reason I gave 2 stars was for 1 staff who served us later, who was friendly and attentive. AND the complimentary parking coupon that I asked for wasn't fully complimentary, only $8. Nice one, Pullman.

Great service provided by the entire crew, especially Charlene, who tended to our table. Staff was obliging and friendly, making it fun for the lil ones eho enjoyed the desserts and scratch card. We went for a Fathers' Day celebration and were grateful that the restaurant actually gave a free steak for the dads dining there. Atmosphere was a cool, retro NYC vibe and price was reasonable. Only thing was we arrived early but couldnt get a table to sit and have a cuppa first because they were busy prepping for lunch service, so may be good for hotel or restaurant to provide additional space for a cafe. Just a suggestion though, takes nothing away from the excellent time we enjoyed.

Just tried The Seafood Bucket at Madison's! We had 2 persons Bucket with Lemon & Garlic Clam sauce. Come with 5 Sides, it was fantastic!😋 A bit too much food though!😝 We managed to finish all the seafood, but left some carbo stuffs like corn, baby potatoes, Szechuan Pepper Fries, and Fried Mantou!😁 Really enjoyed it! Highly recommended!👏👏👏

One of the best place for Sunday meal! Ordered a Sunday Mok Up set with two pax $68++, four pax $108++ really worth it! The seafoods inside is so fresh, includes slippery lobsters, tiger prawns, crayfish, etc.. most importantly, all the sides are free flow OMG! Remember to come during 12pm-4pm for this set!
