LiHO TEA @ Funan Mall
"LiHO means ""How are you in Hokkien"" and we take pride in our name as it celebrates Singapore as a melting pot of culture. A simple greeting of LiHO is a great way for individuals to bond and it is even better with a cup of Singapore’s homegrown tea brand, LiHO TEA.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at your store today at approximately 5:00 PM. Upon arriving at the counter, I waited for about 3–5 minutes before anyone attended to me. During that time, one female staff member was occupied handling ice, while a younger male staff member was using his phone instead of assisting waiting customers. It was disappointing to see a customer being left waiting while an employee appeared to be focused on his phone. In addition, I clearly requested less ice when placing my order. Despite my specific request, my drink was served with a large amount of ice. This shows that my order was either not listened to carefully or not prepared according to my request. What concerns me most is not just these individual incidents, but what they suggest about the store's customer service standards and management. Customers should not be left waiting while staff are distracted, and special requests should be followed accurately. I kindly request that management review the CCTV footage at around 5:00 PM to verify what happened and investigate the staff's conduct during that time. I also hope appropriate action will be taken to improve customer service and staff training, so that future customers do not have the same experience. I would appreciate a formal response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Thank you.
View on GoogleI visited on Sunday, 6 September 2026, around 8:34 PM. The staff member taking my order looked quite unhappy and spoke with an unfriendly expression. I understand that staff may be tired after a long day, but the way they presented themselves made the ordering experience uncomfortable. I hope the staff can maintain a more welcoming and pleasant attitude towards customers, even when they are tired. A simple smile and friendly service can make a big difference to the customer experience.

View on GoogleThere were 2 staffs, 1 female at the counter and 1 male staff standing at the back. At around 4:20pm, I wanted to order a drink and thought that the female staff was busy at the moment because she looked like she was doing something AND I have to stress on the fact that she didn’t say a word to me when I was standing at the counter. The Male staff didn’t say anything to me either, he just stared at me. After a while, I realised that both of them were not busy, and I begin to say my order. Just as I finished saying my order, the female staff abruptly turned around to look at her colleague, and they giggled at each other, as if to mock me. I understood that it might have been awkward due to the misunderstand, but it is so unprofessional! I felt so embarrassed. Please do train your staff to be more professional in handling customers, and to GREET them when the customers are right in front of them.
