Many orders (8 at last count) behind mine were served first because I ordered macarons which they could not be bothered to box. When I asked how long more the girl rudely said 8 minutes and insisted everyone also had to wait. Yes i had already waited 15min and they already served so many customers after me so if you cannot be bothered to box the macarons then don’t sell them. At 1.58, they beep my number. Then proceeded to ask me how I wanted my macarons packed whether individually , box of 5 or 10z So when I asked about my order just now she couldn’t ask me? At the time of this post at 2pm I had still not received my order.

I had a great experience at KOI Thé Express Raffles City. The drinks were freshly made, tasted delicious, and the quality was consistent as always. The staff were friendly, polite, and served customers efficiently even during busy periods. The outlet was clean and well-organized, and my order was prepared quickly. Highly recommend this outlet if you're looking for a refreshing bubble tea with excellent service. Keep up the great work!

Had a horrible experience. Ordered online and when the app said “ready for pickup”, I proceeded to ask the lady serving the ready drinks for my drink. Showed her my receipt too. She proceeded to say it was not ready and when I told her the app showed ready for pickup, she said the system was not working…proceeded to wait 10 mins as other customers were served. Checked in on my drink again…and turns out it was on the pickup counter…ever since I got there. There was no apology given and no service with a smile… please review this with the team as I feel it will improve operations

A fast food tea bar. Reasonable variety, no-sugar options, bubble tea available. A piece of warning: they don't accept card! Luckily, you can top up your Grab app and pay with that (works with Revolut).

ordered through self kiosk everything went by fine, but during collection of the drinks while waiting for our order number to show, the young girl with glasses put our drinks on the table and stared at us with such attitude, when collecting usually they’ll ask if we need carrier, she js stared at us without saying anything, when i asked for separate carriers, she js put them into their separate bags didn’t even bother to put the straws inside and js stared at us with attitude again as if she’s angry at us? we didn’t do anything..lwk dk why she so angry
