Enjoyed my Saturday lunch here before heading to my next appointment. The food was delicious 😋, with generous portions at a reasonable price. If you're craving authentic Taiwanese cuisine in Singapore 🇸🇬, this is definitely a must-visit spot! 🍜
View on GoogleThis is a charming restaurant with great value for money on the ground level of Guoco Midtown. My wife and I dined here for the first time last night and everything was great, from the signature pork dumplings 🥟, to their most popular noodles, and passion fruit drink. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout too. 5 stars! Hope to be back again soon 🙏🏻
View on GoogleSituated at an airy location with wide space and sufficient seating. Menu was simple but very tasty. The stir-fried daxi noodles was extremely tasty, and had us wanting more. The smoked duck pan-fried dumplings were tasty too, but a tad oily. The egg roll with pork floss was seasoned well and not overly sweet like I thought it would’ve been. Would recommend ordering the mango coconut pudding to end off the meal as the chilled dessert was a great sweet ending. All in all the food impressed us enough and I will dine here again. Service was non-existent though, there were not many customers (only us on a Saturday late afternoon) but prompting was needed to clear the finished dishes.
View on GooglePlace just recently opened , had outdoor and indoor seating . Menu is fairly extensive . Special mentions to the Guo tie or pan fired pot stickers , it’s has a unique crispy lattice on top of the skin . I tried the pork Guo tie , it was juicy and delicious. Lu Rou rice is good , the sauce is a bit sweeter than usual . Had the egg pan cake filled with pork floss , crispy on the outside. The Da Xi fried noodles is average , nothing special . Try the scallions noodles with chicken is nicer .
View on GoogleThe restaurant offers authentic Taiwanese food and some unique combinations not found at typical Taiwanese cuisine places, perfect for those looking to explore something new. The waitress is very friendly and polite. There are very few customers on weekends, likely because the location is a bit distant from Bugis MRT. The drinks are good, and the food meets expectations. However, the guo tie (fried dumplings) are quite oily and not recommended for frequent consumption, even though I love it! The egg rolls are delicious but come in small portions. Love the chili! The straw comes in plastic bag, so easier to return if not needed. Despite these minor issues, I will definitely revisit and possibly check out other branches.
