We had a very pleasant dining experience at Brotzeit Raffles City. The restaurant offers a great atmosphere, excellent food, and a well-organized service team. My friends and I visit this location regularly—about 2–3 times a month—and the experience has always been consistently enjoyable. I would especially like to commend Sir Chriss and his team for their outstanding professionalism and hospitality. The staff are attentive, courteous, and always make sure that our needs are well taken care of throughout the visit. Their friendly approach, efficiency, and dedication to excellent service truly enhance the overall dining experience each time we come. It is clear that the team takes pride in delivering high-quality service, and it certainly does not go unnoticed. Thank you to Sir Chriss and the entire team for consistently making our visits memorable. I would gladly recommend Brotzeit Raffles City to anyone looking for a great dining experience in the area.
View on GoogleWe were fortunate to arrive early and get a shared table near the kitchen. The kitchen door was not closed and we could see the large bin and some of the kitchen activity, Dan and Jessica’s warm and attentive service made up our enjoyable dining experience. Dan recommended dishes for us and even helped us with the promotion we wanted to use. Jessica was friendly and thoughtful. She helped to slice the fish we ordered, served us with a cheerful smile even when just passing by, and refilled our water the moment it was half-finished. The food was good as well. The ribs were slightly sweet but to my liking though not for the rest of the group. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, made even better with nostalgic Christmas songs and oldies playing in the background instead of loud and noisy songs which make talking difficult
View on GoogleHad an amazing time at Brotzeit! The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. Special thanks to Parichat, Eileen, and Jessica for their exceptional service. They were so warm, friendly, and always served us with bright, welcoming smiles. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleCame to try their 20th anniversary menu after seeing their post online. Definitely wasn’t disappointed! The $78 combo platter with pork knuckle was so worth it. Love all the sides!! They definitely have the best crispy pork knuckle in town - also consistent quality. The staff (I didn’t get his name but he sounded Filipino) was very helpful and accommodated to my friend’s dietary requirement very patiently and cautiously. Their anniversary special dishes such as the mala pork knuckle, lobster spatzle, mushroom mapo tofu were so good. For dessert the limited-availability kaya apple strudel was delicious!
View on GoogleI stopped by Brotzeit at Raffles City and left with a really good impression. The atmosphere felt relaxed, and the service stood out right away. Eileen was especially attentive and made the visit feel extra welcoming, which I appreciated. It’s the kind of place that makes for an easy, enjoyable stop, and I’d be happy to come back.
