An outstanding dining experience at Binomio. The food was excellent, and the Spanish paella was pure class—rich, authentic, and perfectly executed. What truly stood out, however, was their SG Sling. Surprisingly, I found it even better than the traditional Sling—beautifully balanced, refreshing, and incredibly easy to enjoy. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and inviting, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy good food and drinks. Highly recommended, and I’d gladly come back just for another SG Sling. 🍸🇸🇬
View on GoogleA nice Spanish place with a mix of small sharing plates & bigger mains, in a casual fine dining setting. Went with a group of three & kept things simple — ordered a few tapas & the pata picar. Portions are not huge, but also not too small, so it’s quite easy to over-order if you’re not careful. Food was delicious. Dishes were rich & filling without being too heavy & the flavours felt clean & modern rather than the hearty, rustic kind. A good place if you want to try a bit of everything without overeating. For smaller appetites, best to keep it simple — a few small plates & maybe one main is enough.
View on GoogleMy spouse and I dined in the restaurant (not the bar) midweek for lunch. Nice setting within Raffles Hotel's airy grounds amidst the jewellery and watch shops. Its ambience that set us at ease and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient, showing up to clear or replace plates promptly. We shared the Tapas Tasting which afforded us 5 choices of tapas: padron peppers which we were allowed to swap in as a tapas option (it was listed amongst the 'To Nibble' section of the menu); razor clams with garlic, cayenne pepper and olive oil; green asparagus with black truffle parmentier and manchego cheese; marinated fried seabass with Andalusian spices; and cod fish and piquillo peppers stuffed with brandada and clams. All of it was executed well and very flavourful. We were rightly advised by our order taker that there would be ample food for the two of us and that we needn't bother with mains. We decided against alcoholic drinks as we were driving but fortunately, Binomio had some interesting options. We decided to try a glass each of their white and red sangria (made with 0-alc wine) and enjoyed both thoroughly. We're already thinking of another visit - this time with the rest of the family.
View on GoogleWas craving Spanish cuisine, and Binomio did not disappoint. Went on a Saturday evening, and there was a reasonable crowd and a nice buzz. Food was authentic enough and portion was good. But it was the impeccable service by Ms Rowena (hope I got her name right) that really stood out! Thoughtful professional and proactive, kudos to Ms Rowena and the team!
View on GoogleWent there on a Friday and surprisingly it was not fully booked. The location is superb situated right at raffles hotel it already sets a nice and romantic atmosphere for a date. Food wise I had no complains every dishes were done well. I’d say the croquette and squid ink paella was the best. Can skip the dessert.
