Really quite a pity because the food is really good! The portion is especially a little small and the pricing/promotions seems arbitrary and whimsical. I asked the staff how much was it to upsize the bowl as it seemed small, she said $2. An upsize would typically mean more protein/carb/salad right? Turns out it’s just for the noodles and the salad. Ok. So i then asked how much would it be for more salmon, she then said $5. Ok so we’re looking at $17 now for the soba salmon. I then asked how what the discount was for bringing my own container and then she said free toppings. Ok... then I asked about the poster saying 20% off with min spend $10 with OCBC, she couldn’t answer me in respect to that. She seemed annoyed at my questions as well. Sorry guys, I’d love to try more food from you guys but at that kind of price point, and uninterested staff - I’m better off elsewhere

Food is tasty but the cashier is so rude by shouting to the customers instead of talk. She even accused me not telling her that I used my OCBC credit card for payment so she wont able to give me discount next run. Supervisor should go observing her way talk to the customers. This has been happened many times.Order at 1:16pm on 14 Apr. Change the rating coz received positive reply from the shop.
