Our experience at Misaki for the Yume Omakase was truly incredible. The artistic presentation of each dish, inspired by the season, made every course even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the chef's guidance on how to eat certain dishes with edible flowers, which enhanced the flavors and brought out the ingredients' natural umami. All food was exceptionally fresh, juicy, and of the highest quality. We truly enjoyed every dish that was beautifully presented. Misaki is definitely one of our favorite places, and we'll be coming back for both lunch and dinner in the future.

View on GoogleMisaki is my must visit restaurant when I come to SG. The ambiance is welcoming and the service is warm throughout. MasterChef Khor San always give me surprises with new innovative meals. The Freshness of the sashimi and other fishes Is hard to come by. Thanks to the authentic Japanese dining experience.
View on GoogleThis is our must-visit restaurant every time we visit Singapore. A hidden gem if you fancy an authentic Omakase experience! All the courses were beautifully presented. Each course was a piece of art and the most impressive thing for me was that everything was also edible. For example, the purple flowers weren't only for decorative purpose but had a unique fragrance which elevated the taste of the soy sauce when added to it. Everything was a delight to the palate and it's really hard to pick my favourites. If I had to pick, the highlights for me were the sea urchin which was creamy and sweet (I don't normally enjoy sea urchin) and the A5 Wagyu beef which was melt-in-the-mouth. I've included photos of some of the dishes (I have forgotten to take photos of everything) but I don't think the photos do the food justice. Khor-san and his team were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each dish to us as it was served. The waitresses were also very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. They were also very friendly and made us feel welcome. All in all, we really enjoyed our Omakase experience at Misake and would truly recommend it.
