I ordered their ginger honey (hot) drink. It was horrid. Extremely spicy (to the point where it hurts the throat) and the colour of the drink is brownish?? The lady next to me ordered an iced drink.. seems fine. I guess just don’t order their hot drinks, esp the ginger honey.

The Tea C has been consistently bad these few months. The tea seems to be overbrewed- overly bitter and sour after taste. If a coffee stall can’t even do tea and coffee well, wonder what is its existence for ?

Half boiled eggs served cold. Kaya toast also cold. Coffee is so-so. Disappointed.

Really lousy service from the girl that prepare the drinks most of the time! (Wearing black)The one with Malaysian accent. Always prepared a different drinks for me but blaming the customer fault! Is the staff been trained or having attitude problem? The master franchise should looking into this matter as well. Although making money from franchisee! The owner for this outlet Marine one branch please provide customer service training to your staffs especially the girl been mentioned above. She is ruining the branch reputation. There are plenty of choices around this area. Dont let one person ruin the whole team! Unfortunately, this branch don’t deserve a single star!
