Visited for a farewell dinner. Buffet, ala-carte style at $33++ weekday dinner. Definately worth the deal. Great atmosphere offering a view of downtown CBD, Marina Bay. Overall, happy & highly recommended & advised to do a reservation coz it is pretty packed so walk-in May be a challenge. If you're not driving, it is 5mins walk from Raffkes Place MRT Stn.

Peach Garden @ OCBC used to be one of my favourite restaurants, but after today's experience, this will most likely be my last visit. Food: The overall quality has noticeably declined. I'm not sure if this was because we opted for the buffet lunch, but the dishes were far less impressive than on our previous visits. Portions of reordered items were inconsistent, and the Peking duck wraps came with such a meagre amount of ingredients that it was genuinely disappointing. Service: The service was disorganised. The staff seemed confused about which dishes had already been served, resulting in missing items and unnecessary follow-ups. Billing: This was, by far, the most frustrating part of the experience. We were presented with the bill while we were still eating because the restaurant was preparing for its 3pm high tea buffet, making us feel rushed to finish our meal. As a result, we didn't notice until later that we had been incorrectly charged for 6 adults instead of 5 adults and 1 child. We were also surprised to find a $5.50 per person charge for Chinese tea. The tea was served automatically upon seating, yet no one informed us that it would incur an additional charge. Considering the buffet is already quite pricey, we didn't expect tea to be excluded. It also made little sense to charge every diner when there was a child in our group who clearly wasn't drinking Chinese tea. We have no issue paying for drinks when the charges are communicated upfront. However, automatically serving a chargeable item without informing customers, combined with an inaccurate bill, leaves a very poor impression. It inevitably makes customers question whether these were genuine oversights or something else. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. The decline in food quality, disorganised service, and questionable billing practices simply do not justify the price. Sadly, a restaurant that was once one of our favourites has lost our confidence. We will not be returning, nor would we recommend it based on this experience.

I would like to make a complaint regarding the pricing transparency at this restaurant. We were dining as a family of three — two adults and one child — and we only ordered three dishes. One of the dishes was a “seasonal price” fish. However, the staff never informed us about the actual weight, size, or estimated price of the fish before serving it. When the dish arrived, it was an extremely large fish, far bigger than what we would normally order for a small family. If we had known the size and price beforehand, we definitely would not have agreed to it. To our shock, the fish alone cost SGD 198, yet nobody explained the weight or pricing clearly to us. The pricing was completely non-transparent. In the end, a simple dinner for just three people came up to more than SGD 400, which we feel is highly unreasonable. Customers should be very careful when dining here, especially with “seasonal price” seafood and vegetables. There seem to be many hidden charges and unclear pricing practices. Please be cautious and always ask for the exact weight and price before ordering.

Took the opportunity of a very good offer - S$24 Suckling Pig to celebrate a birthday in Peach Garden. Must commend Jeslyn who was very professional and knowledgeable to recommend various dishes which my family all love - see Photos. She was also very prudent to advise the correct portion so that we do not over-order. It was our first visit to this outlet in OCBC Centre and we will certainly choose here for future dining.

am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Peach Garden @ OCBC Centre. Despite making my reservation a week in advance, I was seated in one of the worst areas of the restaurant (Table 1). During all my previous visits, I was always given a pleasant table near the window. Furthermore, the level of service was severely lacking this time. It felt as though the service quality was deliberately compromised because we were utilizing a promotion. If running a promotional deal means treating those customers as an afterthought and providing substandard seating and service, it would be better not to run the promotion at all. It completely ruins the dining experience for your patrons.
