The coffee here is decent, but nothing too extraordinary. It gets the job done if you’re looking for a quick caffeine fix. The atmosphere is fine, though a bit crowded at times, which can make it hard to find a seat. The staff is friendly enough, but service can be a bit slow, especially during peak hours. Overall, it’s an okay spot for a casual coffee, but not necessarily a place I’d go out of my way to visit again.

Coffee is terrible. Flat white and americano here clearly do not meet the mark with barely any coffee taste. Get proper beans please.

Very poor customer service. Probably service staff was lazy. My 3rd time going there, there was slightly less than an hr before closing n each time they said there was no more regular coffee. The staff simply refused to brew a new pot (5 cups) saying coffee would be wasted as there were no customers. I was already a customer standing in front of them n there were also new customers trickling in constantly. Was very disappointed by service standards n staff's attitude. 28Jun 1520h. Very disappointed by the flat white from this branch. I had a good experience of Huggs in other branches but this morning the flat white I got from this particular joint has poorly foamed milk (see picture) with the temperature being way too high. The staffs were chatting to each other and giggling as they were preparing my coffee. It didn’t feel professional…

Small but cosy coffee spot, coffee is great! Snacks are also good, complements well for lunch or midday meal
