Best coffee in the central area. It's on the ground floor of the GB building. The staff are friendly, and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

I've been coming here regularly, and it's easily one of my favorite coffee spots in the area. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the service is what keeps me coming back. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and Christine in particular is incredibly friendly and always makes the experience even better. It's the kind of place where you genuinely feel appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend if you're looking for great coffee and even better service!

Dear Huggs Management, ​I am writing to share some well-deserved praise for Sean, who was working at your Central outlet on June 30th, 2026. ​While I was waiting for my latte and bake, I noticed that Sean was incredibly busy managing several customers completely on his own, as his colleague was away on a break. Despite the immense pressure, he moved swiftly and steadily. Watching from afar, I was highly impressed by how meticulously he prepared and presented every single order, including the delivery requests. ​Huggs is truly blessed to have such a responsible, caring, and detail-oriented staff member. Sean is a remarkable young man who clearly demonstrates strong leadership qualities.

Cozy spot with genuinely kind staff who know their coffee well. Their recommendations never disappoint — especially the K Blend oat Melbourne latte (smooth and aromatic) and the mocha. Very helpful and attentive service!

Trying out all the coffee spots in the Cecil area. This one gets a 4 star rating. The iced kopi o less sweet was what I wanted for a pre work out drink. Service from the two ladies were friendly and my drink was ready in less than 5 minutes. Nice area to sit and people watch. Seems like a popular spot for those cbd people to grab a quick cup of coffee too. No complains.
