I tried to visit last week during lunch hours and it was extremely busy, so I tried again yesterday around 10am and it was pleasantly quiet. Really nice atmosphere, extremely friendly and attentive staff, amazing food! I ordered the classic brie sandwich (it was hard to decide, there were so many amazing different vegetarian options) which they offered to heat up. It was perfectly toasted and absolutely delicious! Staff greeted me as I walked in and left. The only catch is that the prices are on the higher side ($8.50 for my sandwich, most espresso-drinks were about $6+), but not unexpected given the location.

Easily the finest of the chain outlets in Singapore, the staff put a big effort into making sure everything is in good order, and make that extra effort to ensure people come back. Regulars are appreciated here, they know what you're likely to drink, and just how you like it.

The location is convenient. Personally I find their coffee better than Starbucks. However, this branch is not the most spacious but the interior is really nice.

A branch of the popular Costa Coffee chain on Robinson Road in the middle of the Central Business District. Not the most spacious, but popular for coffee meetings during work hours. Has the usual ensemble of Costa Coffee products and services.
