Usually I will pass by the shop but today since it is going to rain, i come to dabao from the newly renovated restaurant… however.. I literally found two hair in the same bowl of Mee Siam. Think their kitchen hygiene is not good. And my colleague who ordered the fish and chip has the fish not fully cooked.. a lot of flesh is still in raw condition and uneatable.. Kindly be aware when u patronise this outlet..

Nice place..reasonable price @ CBD area. Jenny Da Jie & staff (sorry never got all their names) are super friendly and pleasant. Have recommended several of my friends to this eatery too. KUDOS TO ALL THE STAFF FOR PORTRAYING SUCH POSITIVE VIBES!! 😃

A cafe serving local delights. I seldom come across rosemary chicken at cafe like this, hence I gave it a try. It also comes with fries option, if you prefer. I ordered rosemary chicken with less rice. I came around 1pm and was raining still. The cafe was full. I didn’t wait for too long for my food. It was served quite fast. Food is satisfying, the chicken is juicy and tender. Kopi taste is just right and nice too. I will definitely come back again.

Evonne and Lian from Coffee Hive at 110 Robinson road are superb nice, friendly, kind hearted and patience people because when I step into this outlet, I can see that Evonne is very busy serving other customers with their food and also at the same time have to collect payment and still have to pack customers’ food orders respectively who order before and after me because it’s already 530pm when I am ordering for my early dinner at the counter since my office is around the area and I just finished meeting my client nearby the area. Hence I really do like Evonne’s customer service and patience at this outlet because during the 1 hour when I am having my dinner, she literally never show any sign of tiredness when she have to serve all incoming customers that walk into the store. Not only that, Lian is behind at the kitchen busy cooking and preparing all the food orders hence I am deeply appreciative & grateful for both of their service as I can see that both of them work very well together and they have put in their utmost effort in doing their very best and go all out to serve every walk in customers which is really not an easy task for both of them. It’s really not easy for Lian to stand in the kitchen for 8 hours everyday to prepare and cater to every customers’ orders when the kitchen can be very oily and stuffy with all the smoke coming from the cooking when he probably can only be excuse for around 45 mins to an hour break time, hence it can be very detrimental and tiring for both Lian and Evonne’s aching back for standing such long hours everyday, hence I truly empathy both of them for being able to tolerate this hardship and also to work such long hours especially when this outlet literally operate from 7am to 630pm. This is where I can see and feel for both Lian and Evonne’s for being so passionate with their job hence both of them must be very nice employees to have when the fact that very few youngsters are willing to work at a F&B shop due to the long working hours, so this literally shows both of their perseverance and endurance, thus this is a rare virtue which all of us should learn from both of them. Reason being, my job requires me to face different customers every single day so I can totally understand and relate how tough it’s for Lian and Evonne when both of them still have to put on a smile everyday when dealing with different types of customers which nowadays customers can be very demanding or impatience or nasty people thus to handle such customers really require a lot of patience. I am highly impressed with both Lian & Evonne’s customer service & patience attitude cause both of them are very hardworking employees which will result in having more customers wanting and willing to patronise the outlet more often because they are very rare breed to be seen especially in current era. I am very confident to comment and compliment both Lian and Evonne mainly because I work from a very small role in my finance career until only 3 years ago I got promoted as a Director of Sales when I start working in finance industry at age 26 and till now I am 43 years old already. I would like to compliment Lian and Evonne for an additional pay raise or promotion for putting their extra effort with his work, serving all customers with passion and patience. Please kindly arrange a session to compliment Lian and Evonne in front of all the staff for their awesome and splendid customer service so that all other employees should literally take both of them as a role model to learn from. Lastly I sincerely hope the higher management will take serious consideration on my feedback written especially for Lian and Evonne. Thank you.
