Extremely disappointing experience at Cedele. The service was terrible. The waitress who attended to us was rude, impatient, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by asking simple questions. Customer service should never make customers feel unwelcome. The food was even more disappointing. I paid $15.80, including a +$2 top-up for salmon, only to receive a miserly portion that looked nothing like what you'd expect for the price. The salmon serving was pathetic, and the "side" consisted of just three slices of cucumber. It honestly felt like a joke. For the price charged, the portion size and overall value were unacceptable. Between the poor service and the tiny serving, this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had. There are plenty of cafés offering better food, friendlier service, and far better value for money. I won't be ever returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this outlet to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Cedele Asia Square. The food was fresh, delicious, and presented nicely. The cakes and pastries were finally here here after the renovation. Although limited yet impressive, making it a great place for both meals and desserts. Team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, ensuring everything was well taken care of throughout my visit. Their friendly attitude and professionalism made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Cedele Asia Square offers excellent food, outstanding service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again!
