We went on a weekday around 3pm, waited about 10-15mins to be seated. I was asked to wait for another customer to leave. The place wasnt crowded, and I noticed a few empty tables with reserve sign with no one sitting (even after we left). Maybe good to make reservation before heading there. Menu selection and price is slightly different from other outlets. Staff did inform us that food takes 30mins to arrive, probably due to many reviews that food takes longer than expected. The servers seems very busy and hardly any smiles from them. I also felt the staff are not well informed of on-going promotions and need to clarify with them. Despite informing cashier that it’s my birthday month, he still didn’t register my privileges. But it was good to notice that their staff are always sanitizing the tables after customers leave. Food quality is better than other outlets, could be due to the pricing too.

Food here is actually quite good & portion sizes are reasonable. Like many F&B outlets here, they are short handed too. Customers will need to exercise some patience to get the attention of the service staff. We ordered & received our food promptly. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 was that the prawns were not so fresh as they were soft & mushy. Rest of the items were good.

I know that Cedele changes the items on their high tea menu but this time the tiers seemed to have fewer items. The chef/waiter also forgot to include the crackers for our order, luckily we checked the menu if not we would have to just swallow the onion dip on its own. Also, English Breakfast tea was served on both occasions even though the high tea menu clearly stated that they would be serving wellness tea. Food was great but service and carefulness to preparing the tea/food items probably not so great.

Visited on a Sat evening about 750pm. It wasn't really crowded but not empty either. We waited for a short while before the host let us in. The wait staff were all polite but looked really busy. It was hard to get their attention. 2 of us ordered a mushroom soup to share, popcorn chicken as well as a steak burger. At 830pm, our food still hasnt arrived - not even the starters. Managed to get the waiter who told me, we've to wait another 10min. So it has almost been an hr since we've sat down and still no food. in 10 min, the mushroom soup (and they also gave us another bowl on the house for the long wait) and the popcorn chicken arrived. The mushroom soup was hard to swallow - it wasnt creamy and felt that there were rough grains in it and the complimentary bread that came with was huge! It was like an atas slice of regular bread and it was cold. We appreciated the free bowl but it was the first time we couldnt finish mushroom soup and bread despite us being so hungry. The popcorn chicken costs $12 and it came cold and it was a really small bowl. Finally, our steak burger came. We requested for it to be cut half during our order and hour ago but it did not happen. The burger bun was buttery and nice but that was it. I kept chewing and chewing on the steak and it was very rubbery and dry, we couldnt continue with our meal and asked for the bill. We told the waiter our experience. He was nice but I dont think he's used to dealing with feedback. He did try to rectify the experience. He didnt charge us for the soup and give us a 10% discount. Total bill still came up to abt $70 and it really wasnt good. The chef was probably off that day and I am sorry but I dont think ill ever come back again :(

Very lucky to get a table without waiting on a Saturday afternoon. The dessert cheesecake with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream is very nice, not very sweet. And the surprise one is the beef burger kids meal, the meat is juicy and my kids love it so much. However, they should get more staff in my opinion for better customer experience.
