Had their grilled cod and sticky toffee pudding at their popup at Sands for Charity. The cod was alright, but the skin could have stood to be a lot more seared. But then again, perhaps this was because it was at the popup and not at their actual store. The mashed potato was nice, full of nice bits and capers. The sticky toffee pudding was stellar. Had the Bellini Junior with rose syrup. Just the right touch of local flavor. If only the pasar malam had drinks of this quality! When I was a kid, could have sworn they used to be fairly good (though not like this ofc) The staff were pleasant and seemed happy to be there. Or was there love in the air between the looks those two gave each other? 😍🥰 Or are you two just friends? Wish you two well heyyyyy. More inclined to visit Bread Street Kitchen now that I know what it's all about. Leaving this stub to compare and contrast with my future experience.

Was greated with the pleasant staffs and nicely prepared card for my birthday wife. A little disappointed with the beef Wellington. A bit too beefy but the exterior crust is well baked. Food are on the saltier side. Wine pairing and desert was good. Thea and colleagues has provided us a pleasant and excellent dining experience. Keep up the good service.

Brunch by the bay was pretty decent. I got myself a steak and eggs. What I thought was a set meal turned out to just be a la carte. Wished the waiter paid more attention, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The steak+ red wine(Chianti) i ordered felt more of value compared to the brunch set menu offered. Although they service staff recommended a medium rare(which is what i would have gone for anyway), the steak turned out medium. Despite being a medium done steak, it's still decent and acceptable in terms of meat toughness. I was served a nice dessert as part of their service recovery, which felt nice. Especially so because this butterscotch is amazing. Will definitely return for brunch.

We visited with a party of 12, and unfortunately, the signature Beef Wellington failed to live up to the hype. On the bright side, the other mains were solid, particularly the aged beef steak, cod, sea bass, and pork loin. The lamb was the only other misstep, served near well-done despite requesting medium-rare. As for sides, the green beans and the mash accompanying the Wellington were good, though the fries were unremarkable. Fish and chips was just slightly above average. Starters were average too...nothing to shout about. Service was attentive early on, but attention dropped as the room filled up, and water top-ups ceased before dessert arrived. End on a high note, though: the pineapple and kiwi carpaccio, also the affogato pistachio was exceptional and saved the evening.

A Long-Awaited Visit That Truly Delivered 🍷🥩 We finally made it to Bread Street Kitchen on our latest trip to Singapore, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We’ve visited Singapore a few times now and always meant to try Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant, safe to say it did not disappoint. We went for the Sunday special and started with the salmon and chicken entrées, both of which were beautifully prepared and packed with flavour. For the main, the beef Wellington was the standout, perfectly cooked, rich, and everything you’d expect from a signature dish. We finished with the tiramisu, which was just as impressive and a great way to end the meal. We also opted for the paired wines, and they complemented each course perfectly, really elevating the whole experience. Service, atmosphere, and food were all spot on. If you’re in Singapore and have been thinking about trying this place, don’t hesitate, it’s well worth it
