Visited Oaks Coffee Roasters before work and had such a lovely experience. The café opens early at 7:30am, which is perfect for breakfast or coffee before starting the day. Originally came for the coffee but ended up trying the CORN MILK MATCHA and SIGNATURE CHEESECAKE MATCHA instead. Both were surprisingly good, especially the matcha cheesecake. The matcha flavour was rich and intense, paired perfectly with the creamy cheesecake texture that melted in the mouth. Definitely one of the highlights for me. The Corn Milk Matcha was also unique and enjoyable, with a subtle sweet corn flavour that complemented the matcha really well. The café itself feels cosy and relaxing, and I was surprised that it was already quite busy in the morning. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Their service and smiles genuinely made my morning better. Will definitely come back to try their coffee next time.

Good atmosphere to hang with your friends. Music was good and the staff were all very friendly. Shout out to Emlyn who took my order and was very patient with me when I asked for recommendations and told her about my dietary requirements. The banana chocolate cake and matcha cookie was my favourite!! Not too sweet and just nice for sharing with another friend! Overall a pleasant experience here and will come back again to try the mains!

I stumbled upon Oak Coffee Roasters during my morning walk, and It’s a new cafe that recently took over an older coffee shop's space here in Bukit Timah, and it is a fantastic upgrade to the neighborhood. The service is absolutely wonderful. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Most importantly, the coffee is top-notch, expertly brewed, smooth, and just tastes really, really good. Highly recommended if you are in the area looking for a quality cup. I will definitely be back.

Came for coffee and a few snacks and dessert, was pleasantly surprised by the sweets. Cookie texture was great, my partner really liked that it had a salty sweet flavour, chocolate cheesecake was huge. Did not expect such a thick portion, it was very very smooth never had cheesecake taste so.... luxurious (?) before (not sure how to describe it, it's basically a thick and smooth texture). Also got a banana chocolate thing (struggling to remember the name), but that was also delicious, it was soft and fluffy, and had like a nice crispy (?) top. I think in general they really nailed texture and flavour. Was really impressed by the texture of their sweets and the how nothing felt obnoxiously sweet but still hit the spot. also got two drinks, the ember and equinox. I'm no coffee expert and I don't usually try unique things but the two drinks were nice and refreshing without tasting too foreign. flavours were unique in a positive manner and really felt like they took a while to balance and perfect the profile of the drink. service was also really good, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overheard a few other people talking to the staff, realised they were part timers from the other cafe. Was quite nice to see how clearly bonded the team is, when the staff has good vibes and are happy to work it really adds to the cafe's atmosphere. Didn't snap many pics, will come back to take more pics and try more food.

Did takeaways previously and finally came back to Oaks Coffee Roasters for lunch and it did not disappoint! Absolutely enjoyed their corn matcha which was such a pleasant surprise, the toasted corn bits and the corn milk add this subtle sweetness that makes it stand out from your usual matcha. Also got the salmon avocado melt and bacon pesto melt toasties, both were so good, especially with their homemade sauce that just brings everything together. And of course, their banana bread never disappoints, still just as delicious as I remember. Staff were really friendly too, which always makes the experience better. Overall a great spot for good food and good vibes and I'll definitely be back!
