Admittedly I am not really a big fan of Arabica coffee - preferring the more "local" Robusta or Liberica types. Anyway, I had a change of heart today when I ordered a Caffe Americano Hot Regular here today - and today was also my first time patronising this coffee cafe. The Americano that I had was robust and not acidic and suited my taste buds. I also ordered a Banana Walnut Muffin and asked for it to be warmed up - and it was very good. Service here was very good - very friendly and helpful. The dining ambience was so so for me. The indoor seating was very limited and the outdoor seating was much too exposed to gusts of wind and traffic noise. Hopefully I can secure an indoor seat on my next visit.

I think this place deserves a long review because of the many considerations needed. The atmosphere of the small indoor section is refreshing, with a pleasant, homey smell of brewing coffee and pastries. From my limited interaction and observation of service staff, they were friendly and welcoming. However, the outside section was far less pleasant, with uncleaned messes of past customers decorating the currently and likely not to be occupied tables. Given the very limited seating in the small indoor section, better outdoor maintenance is definitely a step in the right direction. The portion of drink was surprising. With a taste (perhaps my palate is not refined enough for the posh coffee they use to differentiate, but I argue the common customer's experience will be no different) and ordering/collection process uncannily similar to that of the cheaper Luckin Coffee, I found myself wondering why I would choose this place as an alternative. The photos below Disappointingly, the caramel was unmixed, and while I understand no service charge,I didn't expect (perhaps unfairly) to have to mix the drink. Small thing to note for future consumers, then: please mix your drink for the best experience. Despite this the taste was enjoyable and I would return if competitive prices and quantities were offered as the quality is there. To compete against many bigger actors competitively at least comparable products at comparable prices are required, the former of which met, but the latter of which is, at this point, unfortunately inferior due to the portions provided. I would recommend a visit to try their baked goods, which I will on a separate occasion, as they do appear appealing, to support the business with the revenue it needs to grow and hopefully, use that growth to allow itself lower prices. However, until the portions and prices are more proportional, wouldn't recommend a return.

Good place to have breakfast, quiet and big space outside the store(outside seat). The breads are ok except one is a bit dry. The coffee is nice also

new store outside the new shopping mall which still developing. got indoor and outdoor seating. pet friendly. cups have cute cat logo. 1st food wrap is too hot. ask 2nd food wrap to be medium heated. still ok as is machine fixed function cannot change. careful not to burn the tongue. no utensils provide when dining. only small straws. food will be put into paper bag. no waste bin inside the store. do use the mall waste bin. friendly staff.

New outlet opened in a condo mall. They offer special deal when you download their app for the first order . However , I tried several times in registration but the OTP failed . The guy was kind enough to offer me the special deal without the app. Ordered a Latte . Coffee is nice and robust .m The OTP finally came after 30 mins when I left the shop😂
