Issues with NP Alumni pass card that won’t allow me to access facilities I’ve recently became an NP Alumni member , just today. But I was shocked that I need to go to the security room near the main gate to exchange my pass card with a temporary staff card and then I’m able to use the gym at blk 72. Then once I’m done using the gym , I have to go back again to the security room near the main gate again to return it. This is such a hassle as I have to walk twice such a far distance to return it. Why couldn’t my NP alumni pass card be activated to allow me to use the gym? I was not informed about this procedure before applying for my NP Alumni pass card and paying $70 for it. I’ve decided to terminate my Alumni membership. Please try to improve on this if you still want people to be NP Alumni members. I have a colleague of mine , also working here at SUSS with me and was thinking of joining to be a NP Alumni member as she too was from NP but based on my experiences , I would not recommend it to anyone. This is a very quiet clubhouse. There is an air of peace and serenity within the fencing. On a typical day, the number of users of its facilities are relatively low. As I understand it, the cafe which used to purvey western food and beverages have closed. Renovation works have also seen the swimming pool and the adjacent toilets cleaner and a lot more modern in outlook. Entry into this place is strictly by membership. Only a typical Ngee Ann Alumni (NAA) card holder is allowed to use the gym and pool facilities. As I gather it, the cost of the using The Dining Room may (and I stress 'may' since I could not receive confirmation on this) incur further arrears. In sum, the place is still a place to recharge and unwind for all NAA members seeking for a spot of peace and quiet amid a busy Ngee Ann campus.

20 over years ago, this clubhouse entrance fee is over $1800. Now it's has been changed to $50. I used to be a member of this club but realised the fees are not worth for such a tiny clubhouse and I have wasted so much monies for the entrance fee into the drain without able to get a refund from NAA.

Nice clubhouse and facilities. Food was nice in the past but the quality seems to have degraded more and more sadly. And it's undergoing renovations and very silent.
