New stall serving typical hawker centre “Japanese” fare. Had their Japanese carrot cake aka poor man’s onomokayaki. Was a $3.5 serving of white carrot cake topped with mayo, mentaiko, cheese sauce and bonito flakes. Definitely not authentic but at $5 am not complaining. Tastes pretty decent too
View on GoogleExcellent fried oyster (蚝煎)! As a Japanese stall, you would not expect quality fried oyster, especially when there is another stall that specifically only sells it. However, this stall sets the standards way higher than its competitors. Truly a hidden gem. Stall also comes with free flow miso soup as well, and has friendly and cheerful staff! Look no further for one of if not the best fried oyster in the area!
