Fancy a meal or coffee amongst the florals... This is it! It's really quite nice to be having meals here. Food is reasonably ok not bad, price is acceptable, though I would think they can further make the prices more affordable. Coffee offer at 50 cents a steal though coffee is so so ;)

Came here to shop for some indoor plants… stop by this cafe for a quick cuppa. It’s was mid afternoon weekday, so the cafe is not crowded. Place is clean, and coffee was pretty good (better than I expected). I am sure it will be crowded during peak hours especially weekends.

On 31st May at approximately 1047hrs, my friends and I happened to pass by Feast by Far East Flora after a long day of trekking and decided to stop for brunch. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have had in a long time. The restaurant was not busy at all, with only 3 tables occupied when we arrived. Several staff members were around the counter, seemingly occupied with their own tasks. Since the outlet operates with self-service kiosks, we proceeded to place our order ourselves. All 4 of us ordered together in a single transaction: 2 wrap sets and 2 seabass sets. After settling down at our table, a Malay male staff member approached us. What immediately stood out was the complete lack of greeting or apology. The very first thing he said was, "I need to void your order because we are out of seabass." One of my friends could not hear him clearly and politely asked what the replacement options were. Instead of responding with empathy or offering alternatives, he repeated himself in a firm and rather rude tone, saying, "We are out of seabass and I need to void your order. I need to void the whole transaction and you can re-order." At no point did he apologise for the inconvenience or acknowledge that this issue originated from the restaurant's side. We were instructed to return to the kiosk, wait for the transaction to be voided, and then place our order all over again. The entire process took several minutes and created unnecessary inconvenience. Throughout the interaction, not a single apology was offered. What was particularly frustrating was that the outlet was not operating during a peak period. With only a few occupied tables and multiple staff members present, there was ample opportunity for someone to take ownership of the situation, assist with the re-ordering process, or offer alternatives. Instead, the responsibility was placed entirely on the customer, even though the out-of-stock item had not been removed from the POS system. When our food was finally ready, we collected it from the handoff counter. The Chinese female staff member serving the food appeared completely disengaged and uninterested in the customer interaction. Although she was wearing a mask, her body language and overall demeanour conveyed a "can't be bothered" attitude. There was no greeting, no eye contact, no attempt at interaction and not even a simple "thank you." The interaction felt transactional and devoid of any hospitality. In fact, it was my friend who thanked her instead. The overall impression was of someone who did not want to be there and was simply going through the motions, which further added to the disappointing experience. At that point, I was hoping the food would make up for the disappointing service experience. Unfortunately, it did not. The food quality was equally disappointing. The wraps were poorly prepared and not even properly warmed. The food appeared rushed and lacked the quality one would reasonably expect when dining out. We genuinely felt that the meal was not worth the money spent. While trying to finish our meal, I observed another service failure. A group of Chinese tourists approached the counter seeking assistance. Instead of receiving help, they were directed to use the self-service kiosk. It was obvious that they were struggling to navigate the ordering process, yet none of the staff members made any effort to assist them. After several minutes, the group eventually gave up and left without making a purchase. This visit serves as a clear example of how poor service execution can negatively impact every stage of the customer journey, from ordering and service recovery to food quality and customer interaction. Sadly, based on my experience on 31st May, I would not recommend this outlet and would be hesitant to return in the future.

My wife and I were here today (3 February 2026) for brunch - it was our first time dining at this place. We ordered the following here today: a Fish N Chips, a Roasted Pumpkin Salad, and a Regular Tea with Milk. Both the Fish N Chips and the Roasted Pumpkin Salad came in generous portions and we're very good - in the case of the former, there were Chips that we could handle, and the side of salad therein was nice. However, with the Tea, the Milk therein was cold; ergo it was not a cup of hot Tea - rather disappointing. Service here was just all right, but the dining ambience was very good with the tables spaciously separated and in air-conditioned comfort. Overall, we had a nice dining experience here and found the pricing to be reasonable.

A handy pit stop at Far East Flora Centre for a straightforward western meal before diving into the plant browsing. Food is decent and fills you up without fuss — it does the job as a quick refuel. Good enough to keep you going.
