Nice seafood in town. Can try variety of Singapore dishes like coffee pork rib.
View on GoogleIf you're looking for a no-frills dining spot with incredible flavors, this place is a gem! We tried both the chilli crab and the black pepper crab, and they were absolutely delicious. The crabs were meaty and fresh, with flavors that hit all the right notes—spicy, savory, and just the right amount of indulgence. The highlight, though, was the fried squid. It came highly recommended by the waiter, and it did not disappoint. Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, it's a must-try dish. The service was friendly and attentive, with the waiter going out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. This isn’t a glamorous restaurant, but that’s part of its charm. The cozy, nostalgic vibe reminded me of childhood meals—simple, comforting, and all about the food. If you’re after authentic flavors and a warm atmosphere, this spot is worth a visit!
View on GoogleI’ve visited Singapore 15+ times. This is the best local seafood restaurant I’ve been in Singapore. No frills, but the food - oh man, exceptional. We ended up going there 2 days in a row. All the live seafood - chili crab, prawns, giant clams, razor clams, frog, fish. Even the veggies were cooked to perfect. If you love fresh, amazingly cooked seafood, definitely come here. One of the guys that works there is awesome too. Super friendly. Ask for recommendations!
View on GoogleBought vegetables and it cost $12. OMG see the portion n you will know what I mean. Shocked to see it when i opened up.
View on GoogleI was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The staff did not clearly explain the prices of the dishes and instead recommended some of the most expensive items on the menu without mentioning their cost. This made me feel misled when I received the bill. Unfortunately, the food itself did not justify the high prices. While the presentation was nice, the taste was only average and did not meet my expectations. Overall, the lack of transparency about pricing and the underwhelming quality of the food made for a disappointing dining experience. I hope the restaurant improves its customer service by being more upfront about prices and recommending dishes based on customers' preferences rather than their cost.
