Tried Koh Brother Pig’s Organ Soup recently and honestly came away very impressed. This ended up being one of those simple local meals that really hits the spot when done properly. The food quality was excellent overall, especially the soup itself. It had a really satisfying balance between savoury richness and a gentle sourness that made it incredibly comforting without feeling overly heavy. You can tell a lot of care goes into getting the broth right. The meat and mixed organs were also very well prepared, tender, clean-tasting, and enjoyable throughout. Nothing felt overly gamey or poorly handled, which is important for a dish like this. The chilli dip complemented everything nicely too and added an extra punch without overpowering the soup. The environment is your classic Singapore food centre experience. It was definitely a little loud and warm during a weekend afternoon visit, but honestly that’s part of the atmosphere and charm of eating at places like this. Busy tables, constant movement, and people queueing up for good comfort food. Service was self-service and very efficient. Even though there was a short queue when I arrived, the line moved surprisingly fast. The stall helper was friendly, organised, and handled the orders smoothly, which made the whole experience pleasant from start to finish. Overall, a really satisfying bowl of pig’s organ soup with a broth that genuinely stands out. Definitely somewhere I’d happily revisit when craving proper comforting local food.

Die die must try for some, all time favourite for me. Always a long queue but they're super efficient. The one extinct item is their glutinous rice wrapped in intestines. I cannot find another here in Singapore. Generous portion and you can soup refill for free. Truly one legend food.

This is probably one of the best tasting pig organ soup in Singapore 👍👍👍 I have not been here for many years, and the soup still tastes so solid. Generous serving of ingredients and soup - $5. Rice - $0.50. Glutinous rice wrapped in pig intestine (goes very well with the sweet dark sauce) - $3. Refill of soup - FOC. Total - $8.50. There is a long queue but it moves fast. Friendly hawkers.

At my last visit to this hawker centre, I spotted this clear soup, which is unusual for pork organ soup. I later learned that it requires an intensive cooking technique so I made a special trip back for this. I went with the $5 mixed portion, adding rice for $0.50 and $3 glutinous rice intestine. I used to take these traditional foods for granted until I realised how hard they are to find now. Now, while earlier reviews mentioned the flavourful clear soup, I was still genuinely blown away. I usually avoid pork organs soup unless there are raving reviews that promise no gamey smell, and this place truly delivered. The ingredients are well prepped and so tender. I am currently nursing some dental issues and yet I was still able to enjoy this. The $5 portion is also incredibly generous, especially considering the price of pork has skyrocketed over the years, and they are using premium white meat (likely the Malaysian variety). The queue can get quite long during peak hours as they also manage Grab orders. Kudos to the team, especially the young lady manning the orders. She deserves a raise for being so calm and working at top speed. My 20 minute wait was definitely worth it. Plus, they accept CDC vouchers. 100% will come back.

With a queue stretching as long as the distance taken up by six hawker stalls, this has to be one of the most popular pig’s organ soup in the area. The meat and innards are cleaned and prepared meticulously each day, served in a clear, peppery broth that retains the natural sweetness of pork. Run by a 4-person team like a well-oiled machine, orders are taken and served at a steady pace. If you are lucky, try the elusive pork and glutinous rice roll in pig’s intestine while it is available for a short window of time each day. This indulgent, umami-rich dish is a rare culinary gem and is hardly found anywhere else, due to the amount of time and effort it takes to get it right.
