This place was recommended by a friend, and we were told that it’s quite popular among the French community. The small garden seating area outside is charming, though it can get a bit hot when the sun is strong. The indoor seating is spacious and comfortable, without feeling too crowded. The staff were attentive and kind throughout the meal. We ordered two breakfast sets and two drinks. Portion-wise, everything felt quite balanced — not too much or too little. The proportions of toast, poached eggs, and salad worked well together. The sauce on the poached eggs was especially tasty. The salad was simple but enjoyable with the black vinegar dressing. However, the muesli inside felt a bit too raw and chewy, which slightly affected the texture of the dish overall. The avocado smoothie was amazing — thick, not overly sweet, and you could really taste and enjoy the avocado itself. The hot chocolate was decent as well. Overall, this is a decent café in Tiong Bahru. If you happen to be around the Kim Tian Road area, it’s worth giving it a try.

Avocado toast, summer waffles, cluck & waffles were nice. Fruit Salad with yogurt had too many melons :) did not go well with the yogurt / granola. Service was prompt and Good. The end tables indoors are a bit dingy.

Great little café in Tiong Bahru. Very good food and fabulous coffee, plus brilliant portraiture artwork in the coffee for those sitting opposite the barista. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Servers were very friendly and they seemed like they genuinely enjoyed seeing their customers! I enjoyed my time there as the cafe had good and relaxing vibes. Food was delicious and no GST or SERVICE CHARGE added, which is a huge plus in today’s cafe scene. I would be back here again for sweet treats and coffee.

My go to neighborhood spot. Great location in the heart of historic Tiong Bahru old estate. The vibe is relaxed and I feel the prices are alittle more reasonable than some of the surrounding cafes. The staff is great and always friendly and attentive. You can sit outside as well, nice spot for a morning coffee and breakfast.
