There are too many stalls and insufficient seats at peak hours. Surprised that these werent taken into account in the design of the mall. Ordered chicken chop carbonara sphagetti set (which comes with salad and mushroom soup) and prawn udon. The portion for chicken chop carbonara sphagetti set was large and satisfying. The variety at western stall was good.

Review on the kaya butter toast only as went there 845am, opened from 7am but customers to dine in darkness 😆 Not complaining on A/C also but really hot. Also, really worst kaya butter toast as per picture..... you can get much better quality with lower price outside, hope to improve.

Dishonest manager and staff. Promotion is valid till after 11am but the staff and manager say promotion stop at 11am. Dishonest and lazy. Disrespectful and waste other people time queuing. NTUC and Trust do your promotion with sincerity and not waste people time.

First visit to this Kopitiam at Tiong Bahru Plaza, level 3. The place is clean and looks renovated with plenty of seats, though the low ceiling makes it feel a bit cramped. My favorite was the western food stall. It can be quite difficult to find seats, especially during busy periods.

Clean and renovated, this is good place to get some affordable food with ample seating outside of peak meal hours. The Ipoh Curry Noodles with Roasted Meat and iced lime juice we had were decent as supper.
