Used to really really like KOI’s hazelnut milk tea, I claimed this for my birthday month quite a few times. But now the taste is just meh…. Super super diluted, can barely taste the hazelnut and price keeps increasing some more….. oh well, won’t buy this anymore

The staff gave the wrong sugar level. I ordered 70% sugar with less ice, but the drink tasted like water. I also asked my friend to try it, and they agreed it tasted like there was no sugar at all.

I had an amazing experience at KOI The in Tiong Bahru Plaza today that I just had to share. I accidentally dropped my milk tea outside the store. Afterward, I went into the store to ask for a plastic bag so I could clean up the mess. The staff member named Kia was incredibly kind and immediately provided me with one. After that, I tríed to use all the tissues I had to clean up but it was still very messy. I came back to the store to order a new cup, and to ask how I could contact the plaza's cleaner. To my surprise, when I mentioned the mess outside, a lovely staff member named Ling overheard and immediately took action. She pulled out the cleaning supplies and cleaned the area for me, despite my insistence to handle it myself. She smiled and said, "Never mind," and even refunded me the cost of the milk tea I had just ordered! They kindly made my new drink free of charge, and told me that next time, if I find myself in the same situation, they'd make a fresh cup for me on the house. I was really touched by their thoughtful and generous service. It's rare to experience such kindness and genuine care, and this visit definitely left a lasting positive impression. I’ll definitely be back to KOI The again – they really go above and beyond for their customers!

I always order from here and it has never dissapointed in both service and drinks. Staff here are ALL super fast in preparing drinks idk how they do it, and this is consistent across different shifts of staff! Staff are also friendly and patient when tending to customers. 10/10
